Objective: Screening for type2diabetes patients with cerebral infarction risk factors,A retrospective summary of diabetes and diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction andTCM syndrome, Diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction for clinical practice in theprevention, early diagnosis and treatment to provide a scientific basis. To explore the riskfactors of type2diabetes mellitus with cerebral infarction for the prevention and earlydiagnosis of the disease.Methord: We selected350cases of type2diabetes (T2DM) patients, including168patients with cerebral infarction which we named Group A, and182patients withoutcerebral infarction named Group B.The two groups were comparatively studied on the age, gender, smoking history, body mass index, duration of diabetes, history of hypertensionand blood lipids, blood glucose, homocysteine using the the T test and non-conditionalLogistic regression analysis,to explore the risk factors of the incidence rate of cerebralinfarction. And through to the two group of the tongue, tongue, pulse condition and thedialectical typing of diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction were analyzed andsummed up the characteristics of TCM syndromes.Results:1.The research showed that there were significant differences between thetwo groups in age, smoking history, body mass index. And the Group A is much older thanthe Group B,besides that, the patients’ smoking history was longer, and the body mass indexwas larger too.2. The date on the duration of diabetes and the history of hypertension of the Group Awas longer than the Group B,and the different was statistically significant. 3.There was significant differences between the two groups on the glycatedhemoglobin, low-density lipoprotein, homocysteine.4.The report of the non-conditional logistic regression analysis shows that age, smoking, hypertension, diabetes duration, glycosylated hemoglobin, diabetes, bloodhomocysteine are independent risk factors for cerebral infarction (P <0.05).5.Diabetes mellitus combined with cerebral infarction and diabetes mellitus withoutcerebral infarction group, The two group in the tongue, pulse condition, TCM syndrometype, Results show that diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction group tongue is darkor dark red, Pulse for chords or chord, In order to Yin pneumatic as main syndrome, multiple with blood stasis syndrome of, While diabetes without cerebral infarction grouptongue is red or reddish, The more detailed or count pulse, In order to Qi and Yin vacuityas main syndrome.Conclusion:1.Early vigorous control of blood pressure, intervention of risk factorsincluding smoking, hypertension, diabetes duration, glycosylated hemoglobin, bloodhomocysteine may be the key to reduce complicating cerebral infarction in patients withtype2diabetes mellitus.2. The two groups of TCM study found that diabetes complicated with cerebralinfarction syndrome with Yin deficiency type was the most common pneumatic, Thesecond is the deficiency of Qi and blood stasis; Diabetes mellitus without cerebralinfarction group with Qi and yin deficiency mainly, Diabetes and complicating cerebralinfarction in clinical dialectical and treatment play a certain guiding significance.
