| Objective: To observe Lift slab of Xiaodian party treatment of Chronic IdiopathicThrombocytopenic Purpura (Chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura, CITP) clinicalcurative effect, and the influence of platelet membrane glycoproteins specificityantibodies, to preliminary discuss the mechanism of action of the party.Methods:74patients were randomly divided into treatment group of38cases andcomparison group of36cases, the treatment group use Lift slab of Xiaodian party withprednisone;comparison group use only prednisone; Period of treatment are for3months..The two groups were observed before and after treatment of platelet count, clinicalsymptoms, bone marrow, platelet membrane glycoproteins specificity antibodies anddegree of depression changes.Results: Treatment group total effectiveness was78.9%, the comparison group totaleffectiveness was63.9%, all can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,there were significant differences between treatment group and comparison group (P <0.05); The treatment group and comparison group both can obviously improve the numberof platelets in the treatment of a month, two groups of platelet rise considerable(P>0.05),but in the treatment of3months, the treatment group was better than comparison group (P<0.05); In the treatment group increased production plate type of bone marrowmegakaryocyte and reduce the number of platelet membrane glycoproteins specificityantibodies aspects were better than in comparison group (P <0.05);Two groups both cansignificantly improve patients with depression, the treatment group was better than incontrol group (P <0.05) Conclusion: Lift slab of Xiaodian party can obviously increase the number of plateletpatients, improve the clinical symptoms, promoting bone marrow megakaryocyte directiondifferentiation to mature, to reduce platelet membrane glycoproteins specificityantibodies, improve patients with depression, and no obvious adverse reaction. |
