Objective:The study is to observe the defect to the patients’negative emotions andnerve function impairment by taking modern nursing pathway of traditional Chinesemedicine intervention for stroke patients,and explore and establish the effective traditionalChinese medicine of modern nursing plan to improve patients’ negative emotions afterpost-stroke,such as depression, anxiety, so as to promotes neural functional recovery,improve the quality of life.Methods:120cases of patients with stoke who conformed to inclusion criteria weredivided into intervention group60cases and control group60cases by simple randommethod. The intervention group adopted stroke patients of modern nursing path for nursingintervention; The control group given stroke patients conventional psychological nursing.Evaluation of each group respectively1,7,14days admission patients Zung’s depressionself rating scale (SDS) and Zung’s anxiety self-evaluation scale (SAS) score, nervefunction defect score (CSS), to compare the nursing efficacy of intervention group andcontrol group.Results:Clinical observation showed that the degree of intervention group patients inimproving the degree of depression, anxiety and SAS scores and SDS score, score (CSS) issuperior to that in control group (p <0.05), with statistical differences.Conclusion:Traditional emotional nursing scheme can effectively improvepatients’negative emotions such as depression,anxiety after post-stroke, promote the neuralfunction recovery.
