Objective To Compare Clinical Therapeutic Effects Of Acupuncture "Aaise Liver And Bright Eye" And The Conventional Prescription Treatment Of Adolescent Myopia

Objective: To summarize the common points tutor use in clinical treatment ofadolescent myopia, the "raise liver and bright eye ", to observe the clinical effect of theprescriptions of acupuncture treatment of adolescent myopia. Compared with theconventional acupuncture, for the clinical treatment of adolescent myopia to provide amore convenient, efficient, safe treatment method.Methods: Collected30clinic patients with myopia eye(age6to18years old,diopter<-3.00D,60eyes) in Affiliated HosPital of ShanDong University of Traditional ChineseMedicine from January2013to January2014. Patients were divided into treatment group(l~3group)and control group(l~3group)with randomization method. The treatment groupwere treated by acupuncture " raise liver and bright eye "(yangbai,cuanzhu,tongziliao,sizhukong,sibai,ququan) treatment; the control group withroutine acupuncture, acupoint selection(jingming,sibai,taiyang,fengchi, guangming)treatment for4periods.Results: After4treatment courses, the treatment group and the control group weresignificantly increased visual acuity, the improvement of the treatment group was moreobvious; Classified according to the degree, the treatment group and control group have no significant difference for group1(<-1.00D) and group3(-2.00D~-3.00D).:the treatmentgroup can increase visual acuity more effectively for group2(-1.00D~-2.00D). Thetreatment group and the control group both can not significantly reduce the diopter ofgroup.Conclusion: acupuncture “raise liver and bright eye” and the conventionalprescription both can significantly improve visual acuity of adolescent myopia. but“raise liver and bright eye” increase visual acuity more effectively.“raise liver andbright eye” and conventional prescription both can not reduce the diopter of group.
