Meta Analysis Of Point Injection Treatment Of Facial Paralysis

Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of point injection in the treatment offacial paralysis.Method:To search strategy into the standard method of making the original literature,relevant search in Cochrane library, PubMed, CNKI,VIP and WangFang, the search endedin Octour，2013.Randomized controlled trials will be sellected and the main method aboutpoint injection for treatment of facial paralysis will be analysed, according to therequirement of Cochrane System Evaluation Handbook4.2.2to extract data and check thecontent, RCT is studied by using the software of RevMan5.1in the point injectiontreatment method and other methods for the treatment of facial paralysis by Meta analysis.Applying random or fixed effects model to deal with efficacy and safety of the odds ratio(OR) index about treatment of facial paralysis of point injection.Results: Totally1512literatures, after screening a total of40literatures were inaccordance with the final requirements, quality assessment using the Jadad score amongthe3points were only1article,1points of literature3articles. Meta analysis showed thatthe simple point injection, acupuncture point injection combined with other methods, theuse of drugs by acupoint injection, using the number of acupuncture prescription differentoverall treatment of peripheral facial paralysis is effective, but Concrete block the specificgroup differences, acupoint injection has a certain improving effect for the improvement ofsome outcome of peripheral facial paralysis.Conclusion: point injection treatment of facial paralysis has certain advantages.Weshould carry forward well curative therapy. It is necessary that require the use of scientificresearch methods and strict design high quality randomized controlled trials to furtherverify the above conclusions.
