The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis By Ear Motional Acupuncture

Objective:This study try to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Ear motionalacupuncture Treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis by clinical observation,and give aclear indication of the needle,provide clear clinical evidence and operation standards forthe treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis,for further more popularization andapplication.Methods:60patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis,were randomly divided intotwo groups:treatment group(Ear motional acupuncture group) and control group (Tiaokouacupoint motional acupuncture group).To compare the clinical symptoms and signs of thetwo groups before and after treatment and its change in the scale of integration.And thedates were statistically analyzed to make a significant conclusion.Results:(1)The total effective rate in treatment group was89.28%,and85.18%in checontrol group,rank sum test, the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), thetreatment group was better than control group.(2)The immediate curative effect comparison:The treatment time,VAS scores of thetwo groups,the statistical t test,the results were significant (P<0.01).Within groupcomparisons:in the total score and pain,after the first and the second course oftreatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison betweengroups:in the total score and pain,after one course and after two courses of treatment groupand control group shoulder joint pain score comparison,the differences were statisticallysignificant(p<0.05).In the aspect of function and range of motion,the first course oftreatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group,the results werestatistically significant (p<0.05);But the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05)after two courses.Conclusion:(1)The research proved that Ear motional acupuncture and Tiaokouacupoint motional acupuncture in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis curativeeffect,can effectively alleviate the shoulder pain,improve the function of the shoulder joint.(2)The results show that:Compared with Tiaokou acupoint motional acupuncture,Earmotional acupuncture Treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis effect significantly,hascertain clinical value.
