| Objective: Observation on the basic treatment of western medicine, with Chinese medicine combined with colon dialysis water decoction enema treatment of chronic renal failure patients after systemic symptom, clinical indicators, quantitative points of TCM symptom improvement, evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine enemaand colon dialysis for the treatment of chronic renal failure of efficacy and safety.Methods: This study collected60cases patients with chronic renal failure, and randomly divided into2groups, experimental group and control group30cases, two groups of treatment cycle is4weeks, patients with conventional symptomatic treatment withChinese medicine and irritable colon dialysis water decoction enema, the control group only with conventional symptomatic treatment. Observe two groups of patients with clinicalsymptoms, clinical symptoms, Chinese medicine symptom integral quantitative change,make curative effect evaluation.Results: TCM symptoms of quantitative score: treatment group total effective86.7%; The control group76.3%efficient. Experimental group after integral compared with integral before using this drug has significant statistical significance (p <0.05). Experimental group and control group in improving the overall symptoms, reduce the clinical indicators were significantly different; Compared with the control group, experimental group in improving clinical symptoms, reduce quantitative integration of traditional Chinese medicine, the improvement of clinical indicators, the effect is better. Conclusion: Colon dialysis with traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of western medicine foundation treatment of chronic renal failure, can significantly improve the patients’ languid, less food, stay, the clinical manifestations of constipation, reduce the patients’ creatinine, urea nitrogen, showing the advantage of combining traditionalChinese and western medicine treatment of the disease. |
