| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yang Xue Shu Gan decoction combinedwith auricular plaster therapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria,and compare the changesin the level of patients’ quality of life before and after the treatment,to explore themechanism of Yang Xue Shu Gan decoction in the treatment of chronicurticaria.Methods:63chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into two groups, thetreatment group of33cases, oral Yang Xue Shu Gan decoction, Zuo Xi Ti Li Qincombined with auricular plaster therapy,30cases in the control group, oral Zuo Xi Ti LiQin, treatment for4weeks. Two groups were observed in patients with pruritus, extent oflesions, with integral change systemic symptoms,and compare the changes in the quality oflife of patients in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The cure rate of thetreatment group was57.58%, effective rate90.91%,control group cure rate of26.67%,efficiency of80.00%. Two groups of cure rate, efficiency was significantly different (P <0.05), the treatment group was better than control group. Two groups of patients quality oflife score were decreased, and the two groups after treatment the score of quality of life,with statistical significance (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than controlgroup.Conclusion: Yang Xue Shu Gan decoction combined with auricular plastertherapy has the reliable efficacy for chronic urticaria,and which has a positive effect on thelife quality of patients. |
