Purpose: This essay shall discuss whether the blood clot removing and brain essencefilling method can increase positive expression of BDNF,SOD and Nestin from ICHdamaged surrounding brain tissue, make evidence for the efficacy of traditional Chinesemedicine in hemorrhagic stroke by the modern laboratory testing methods, to furtherimprovement and development of traditional Chinese medical science “Brains theory”.Methods: Select clean and healthy, Wistar rats, weight between250to320g, male andfemale rats each for50%. Create Angong Niuhuang Wan group, low dose group,Mid-dosegroup and the high dose group of Chinese medicinal formulae for hemorrhagic stroke by theprinciple of random which received drug treatment. Create blank group, ICH model group forthe control group. And divide them into three subgroups:1d,3d and7d group. Guarantee6rats in each group.Blank group without any treatment. The remaining five group rats head usestereotactic positioning, taking blood from their own tail artery and then injected into thebrain to create the ICH Rats. Target at the bleeding lesions to the rat brain injected into thearterial blood from the tail of50μl and in the brains6.0mm and5.0mm at each needleretention30min and10min,then pull out the needle slowly. Give the experimental animalsnormal feeding in the same environment. Take brain tissue after formalin fixation at eachsubgroup modeling point at one day, three days and seven days. Optical microscopy analysisexpression of BDNF,SOD and Nestin of the surrounding brain tissue in ICH Rats lesions.Results:(1)TheAngong Niuhuang Wan group,low dose group,Mid-dose group and thehigh dose group of Chinese medicinal formulae for hemorrhagic stroke can promote absorbthe blood from ICH damaged surrounding brain tissue in different extent. The high dosegroup is better than other.(2) TheAngong Niuhuang Wan group,low dose group,Mid-dosegroup and the high dose group of Chinese medicinal formulae for hemorrhagic stroke canpromote increase the positive expression of BDNF, SOD and Nestin. Mid-dose group and thehigh dose group of Chinese medicinal formulae for hemorrhagic stroke is better thanAngongNiuhuang Wan group in increase the positive expression of BDNF and Nestin. the high dosegroup of Chinese medicinal formulae for hemorrhagic stroke is better thanAngong NiuhuangWan group in increase the positive expression of SOD.(3) There is no apparent linear relationamong BDNF, SOD and Nestin.Conclusion: The hemorrhagic stroke prescription can significantly promote theabsorption of hematoma, increase the positive expression of BDNF, SOD and Nestin,promoting the repair and regeneration of nerve tissue around the lesion of cerebralhemorrhage.
