Objective: In the field of modern medicine, the common view is that the fever is on account of the damage of the body‘s mediators of inflammation which is caused by a synergy through the immune system and the nervous system 。they can lead the central set-point temperature and body temperature up.Fever is a usual symptoms in clinical pediatrics. As a new febrifuge, compared with traditional drug, chaihuangtuire liniment has mang advantage,such as convenient use and high adherence in pediatric, it has a huge development prospect in the future clinical application. This issue which uses the method of the experimentation on animals, proves the antifebrile effect of chaihuangtuire liniment, and explores its mechanism of antifebrile effect.Methods: Randomly divided 60 experimental rats which is very clean and from Wistar, 10 in each group, into 6 groups. The rats’ fever model is copied,which is by the the method of subcutaneous injection of yeast suspension liquid. We can give the appropriate drugs respectively to each group of rats according to the pre-concented objective. Record the changes of the rats’ body temperature and TRI2 of each group on time. After 2h of the drug gived, gather the hypothalamus tissues, test the contents of AVP inventral septal area,comparing detection and calculating whether there are any differences between each group.Results: Chaihuangtuire liniment can remarkably induce the heating hypothermia of the febrile rats induced by yeast,improve the degree of fever, shorten the heating time and ease the heating process of temperature fluctuations. It also can reduce fever animal models’ AVP inventral septal area.Conclusion: Chaihuangtuire liniment has antifebrile effect, and the antifebrile effect has close ly related to the lower levels of AVP inventral septal area. |
