Professor Xiang Shihe’s Experience In Treatment Of Hypertension

Purpose: This study collected and organized the clinical experience for the treatment of hypertension of Professor Xiang Shihe, summed up the main points of his dialectical therapy thinking, and analyzed the regulation of prescriptions.Method: Recording the precious experience of practicing medicine by Professor Xiang Shihe explaining of dialectical therapy thinking, therapy ideas and medical treatment ideas.Collecting outpatient records and consultation notes during follow his treatment. Summary and refining the commonly used drugs and compatibility from prescriptions for the treatment of hypertension which Professor Xiang Shihe used frequently.Result: This study acquired the experience of dialectical therapy and therapeutic Method about hypertension from Professor Xiang Shihe,and screened out the commonly used drugs and compatibility in his prescriptions for the treatment hypertension.1. Professor Xiang Shihe carries forward the ideology of Huang di’s Canon of Medicine and Compatible with various advantages.2. Professor Xiang Shihe pay attention to differentiation of Zang and Fu and differentiation of main and collateral channels.He pay equal attention to diagnoses by Chinese and western careful and detailed.3. Professor Xiang Shihe is good at treating hypertension by liver, blood stasis and asthenic disease.4. Professor Xiang Shihe used medicines of removing blood stasis, heat-clearing and detoxifying, soothing-liver regulating qi, resolve phlegm, reinforcing qi and enrich yin commonly.Conclusion: Professor Xiang Shihe is good at treating hypertension with various advantages, and forms a stable system of treatment which has significant effect.This study recorded of Professor Xiang Shihe’s academic ideas and clinical experiences,so that future generations continue to explore and using for reference.
