| Objective: Through statistical measurement and data analysis of the lumbosacral spine CT imaging,to investigate the feasibility and safety of the L4-S1 locking axial lumbosacral interbody Fushion 。Methods: Randomly colleting Two hundred patients data of lumbosacral 64â€slice spiral CT slice,they are maked 64 slice spiral check for outpatient clinic, they are aged ranging from 18 to 60 years,100 patients at each gender.rule out any major anatomical abnormality(congenital variation, lateral curvature deformity, tuberculosis, tumors, trauma, surgical history, etc),with the CT three-dimensional reconstruction,to make sure the ideal locking channel and axial fixed channel.through the three-dimensional reconstruction techniques,such as translation ã€selection ã€cutting different plane.measurement the relevant parameters of L4-S1 locking axial lumbosacral interbody Fushion :the width of L4 vertebral body(line AB),the width of S1 vertebral body(line DE),the interval of the upperendplate and the L4 vertebral locking point(Line GC),the interva of the L4 vertebral locking point and the S1 vertebral locking point(Line CF),the width of the S1 vertebral MN),the width of the pedicle S1(Line XY),the high of the pedicle L4(Line UV),the high of the pedicle S1(Line WZ),The head dip angle of L4(Angle α)ã€The head dip angle of s1(Angle β)ã€the abduction angle of L4(Angle γ)ã€the abduction angle of S1(Angle δ).the distance between two points and the angle of two line were measuremented by three-dimensional reconstruction software.parameters are statistical analysis by SPSS 19.0 software.Results: All parameters follow gaussian distribution, There were obvious differences in different gender in line AB〠line DE〠line GC〠line CF〠line FJ〠line MNã€lineXY ã€Line UVã€line WZã€There were obvious differences in some index in the same group, such as :Line AB and Line DE,Line MN and Line XY, Line UVand Line WZ。The male and female’s 95% group reference range of line DE 〠line GC〠line CF〠line FH〠line MN are Respectively 31.59~32.293 〠29.32~29.98 〠11.33~12.18 10.52~11.20 ã€60.85~62.54 ã€58.57~59.95 ã€16.84~19.23 ã€14.97~16.20 ã€1 2.52.~12.86 ã€10.66~11.01。There were no obvious differences in the Angle αã€Angle β〠Angle γã€Angle δ in the male and female group,The 95% confidence interval of the The head dip angle and abduction angle of L4 and S1 are respectively 85.6~90.1 ã€113.7~115.2 〠45.2~46.3 〠71.4~72.7。Conclusion: as long as the locking screws lock the center of the vertebral body through the midpoint of the the pedicle isthmus,it is feasible and reliable to insert the L4-S1 locking axial lumbosacral interbody Fushion screw systems 。and the result of statistics can provide reference for device design for the L4-S1 locking axial lumbosacral interbody Fushion screw systems 。... |
