Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Nonneoplasic Epithelial Disorders Of Vulve Disease

Objective:Through the acupuncture treatment of Nonneoplastic Epithelial Disorders of Vulva Disease’s clinical observation, comparing the treatment group and control group before and after treatment of vulvar skin local changes, study the acupoints of Nonneoplastic Epithelial Disorders of vulva Disease’s clinical effect.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria, select 65 cases of patients with NNEDV Disease in the year of 2013, October to the year of 2014, December from the Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, Second Affiliated Hospital gynecology clinic, between the ages of 18-60 years old, were randomly divided into two Group. A group of 31 cases for treatment group,control group of 30 cases, in the course of disease, age, and other aspects of a significant difference Between comparable(P>0.05).The treatment group received acupunctu-re vulva local Ashi vulva and Body Acupuncture Xuehai vulva(double) in the treatmentof NNEDV Disorders.Patients with bladder stones, routine disinfection after acupuncture, acupuncture vulva local lesions bits, itching, pain points, genital skin white area, the most pressing pain, as the point of Ashi. The acupuncture needles localiz-ed lesions in the genital area skin piercing edge, the tip was a 15 °angle to the lesion center, piercing 0.2-0.5 inches, pin number depending on the size of lesions, the line twisting fill method, each time the needle 30min. For genital lesions larger, can be used around the double needling. Sea of blood points:piercing 1-1.5 inches, to be implemented to get gas after twisting fill method needle 30min. 1 times daily,10 days for course of treatment. Contral Group:use of recombinant human interferon -2β, specific use:general use 30,000 to 50,000 units, adding lidocaine, water for injection 2- 3ml, genital lesions in multi-point (atrophy, adhesions, depigmentation change white, decreased elasticity department, itching, pain obvious place) intradermal injection, once every two days,10 days for a course. All patients were treated for 3 consecutive months to observe symptoms, signs and pathological changes before and after treatment, recording their scores, and statistical comparisons.Result:Two groups in age, disease duration, Yin Yang points, overcast pain points, chapped integral, integral skin depigmentation, skin lesions range of integration, pathology no significant difference, comparable(P>0.05).After treatment,the treatment group recovered 5 cases,10 cases were markedly effective, effective 16 cases, the total effective rate was 100%; control group, recovered 1 case,5 cases were markedly effective, effective 17cases,5 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 88%;The cure rate was higher (P<0.05). At the end of treatment Yin Yang points, overcast pain points, chapped integral, integral skin depigmentation, skin lesions range integral significant difference compared with before treatment integral improvement (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group, there was statistically significant.Conclusion:Within acupuncture treatment of Nonneoplastic Epithelial Disorders of Vulva Disease effect, can improve the clinical symptoms of genital lesions, and improve the clinical efficacy and worthy of further promotion of research.
