Objective:1. Build clinical nursing path for pseudobulbar palsy patients under stroke recovery stage.2. Discussion the implementation effect of clinical nursing pathway for pseudobulbar palsy patients under stroke recovery stage.3. Through the implementation of clinical nursing path, establishing the best care model for pseudobulbar palsy patients under stroke recovery stage, to provide guidance for clinical care.Methods.-This is a quasi-experimental study, we use reference method and retrospective case to develop clinical care path table and implementation process for pseudobulbar palsy patients under stroke recovery stage, through consultation with the experts and pre-test to verify and revise the table, finally build the clinical nursing path table for pseudobulbar palsy patients under stroke recovery stage. And then we use convenience sampling method, In December 2013 to December 2014, select 80 patients who belonged to the pseudobulbar palsy patients under stroke recovery stage, hospitalized in department of acupuncture from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine. It randomly was divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group received usual care, and the experimental group was given the clinical nursing pathway we designed in this trial. The effect of clinical nursing path were evaluated by average hospitalization days, average cost of hospitalization, swallowing function scores, language function scores, the satisfaction for nurses and other indicators.Spss21.0 package for statistical analysis. Finally drawing the conclusion.Results:1. There is no statistically significant on the equilibrium ratio of general information between the experimental group and the control group (P> 0.05);2. Before the intervention, the swallowing function scores and language function scores comparison between the experimental group and the control group.the difference were not statistically significant (P> 0.05).After the intervention, the swallowing function scores and language function scores between the experimental group and the control group were significantly higher than before the intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After the intervention, the swallowing function and the language function scores of experimental group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);3. After the intervention, the experimental group total effective higher than the control group, but the difference were not statistically significant (P >0.05);4.The average hospitalization days and the average cost of hospitalization were all lower than the control group, and the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05);5.The satisfaction for nurses and mastery of relevant knowledge of the experimental group were all better than the control group, and the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:1. To develop a clinical nursing pathway for pseudobulbar palsy patients under stroke recovery stage is feasible and effective.2.Through the implementation of clinical nursing path, promote swallowing function and language function of the pseudobulbar palsy patients, improve patient’s satisfaction and the mastery of the knowledge, and optimization of the average hospitalization days and the average cost of hospitalization.3. Through the implementation of clinical nursing path, improve the health effects and the level of nurses work, improve the relationship of nurse-patient, suitable for clinical practice.
