| Objective:To study the Ace, ApoE gene polymorphism distribution of Uighur medicine hilit typs,explore the relationship between Ace, ApoE gene polymorphism and Uyghur medicine hilit type.Method:baseline survey of 1685 Kashi residents by Uighur,Uygur medicine experts in strict accordance with the" Uighur medicine Diagnostics " criteria for the diagnosis of the research object, Use HMR-polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for genotyping of Ace gene and ApoE gene, analysis the relationship between Ace gene, ApoE gene tag SNPs and Uyghur medicine hilit type.Result:(1) The genotype frequencies of Ace, ApoE gene of each Uyghur medicine hilit groups accordance with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibriumtest test. (2) Ace Gene rs8075924 locus CC genotype and C allele frequencies of abnormal hilit group were higher than normal hilit group(P=0.036,P=0.008); rs4353 locus genotype frequency distribution were differences among the Uighur medicine helit type group(P=0.046), genotype frequencies were further pairwise comparison, normal sapra group and the normal savda group differences(P=0.02),abnormal savda GG genotype and G allele frequencies were higher than the other three abnormal hilit and normal sapra(P<0.05). ApoE gene was not statistically significant on differences between ApoE gene SNPs genotypes-. allele frequencies and Uyghur medicine hilit type.(3) Ace gene haplotype analysis; rs4293-. rs4344ã€rs4353 locus AAA* haplotype frequencies in normal hilit type group higher than abnormal hilit type group(P=0.005), in normal sevda group is also higher than abnormal evda group(P=0.014).rs4316818 and rs12451328 locus construct haplotypes, AT* haplotype frequencies in normal hilit type group higher than abnormal hilit type group(P=0.006), in the normal belham group higher than the abnormal belham group(P< 0.001);rs4344ã€rs4353ã€rs4461142 locus haplotype analysis the results show, AAC*haplotype frequencies in the normal hillit group higher than abnormal hilit group(P <0.001),in normal savda group higher than the abnormal sevda group(P<0.001),in normal belham group also higher than the abnormal belham group(P=0.014),GGC*haplotype frequencies in the abnormal hilit group higher than normal hilit group(P< 0.001), in the abnormal sepra group higher than normal sepra group(P=0.031), in the abnormal kan group also higher than normal kan group(P=0.032). ApoE gene rs769450 and rs405509 locus haplotypes frequency distribution showed no significant difference among the various uyhgur medicine hilit group. Conclusions:(1) Describe the distribution of various uyhgur medicine hilit type of Aceã€ApoE gene genotype and allele frequencies of the Uygur population in Kashi district. (2) The correlation of Ace gene rs4353 locus genotypes GG and abnormal savda population, there may be inherent relationship with abnormal savda formation. rs8075924 locus genotype CC and allele C may correlated with abnormal humoral types of people, which may be converted to a normal body hilit type abnormalities. (3) Ace gene, rs4293,rs4344, rs4353 loci AAA* haploid and GAG* haploid, rs4461142, rs4344, rs4353 site AAC* haploid and GGC* haploid, rs4316818 and rs12451328 site A type T* haploid and Uighur medical hilit types may exist a certain correlation. |
