| Objective:Explore the Uighur AIDS virus (HIV) infection in patients with combined treatment of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions in the near future curative effect. Methods:28 cases in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of HIV antibody positive with cervical cancer and precancerous lesions in uygur patients as observation group.equidistant sampling selection during the same period in our hospital make a diagnosis and give treatment of 28 cases of HIV antibody negative cervical cancer and precancerous lesions of Uighur patients as control group.on its relevant HPV infections, during treatment curative effect, adverse reaction and complications were investigated.Results:Observation group and control group during the recent curative effect, HPV infection after treatment for 6 months review was compared, there was no statistically significant difference (P 0.05).Observation group and control group during multiple HPV infection, treatment of radiation proctopathy, cystitis, HPV infection after treatment for 3 months review positive number, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). More than two sexual partners, spouses multiple sexual partners, spouses HIV antibody positive difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:For HIV antibody positive merger of patients with cervical cancer and precancerous lesions in the near future curative effect to be sure, but this part of the cellular immune function in patients with low susceptible to complications and adverse reaction, so the application of immune preparations to during their treatment, complication prevention and treatment in time.Should cause the attention of hospital and medical writer at the same time, should be done early discovery, early diagnosis, early treatment, improve patient’s quality of life, should strengthen AIDS prevention and control measures to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection, to prevent and control the occurrence of medical staff occupational exposure. |
