By Contract The Pre-Natal Health Education Path Affect Pregnant Childbirth Way

Objective:This study combined with the contract, the psychological indenture system set suitable for pregnant women during the prenatal pre-natal health education path table, and applied to the clinical evaluation of its effect; Comparing with conventional prenatal health education to reduce the pressure of the pregnant women in pregnancy anxiety levels and pregnancy, increases the rate of the pilot production of pregnant women, the natural births, provide reference basis for prenatal education in clinical practice.Methods:The research process is divided into two stages, the use of class experiment design. The first stage by the methods of literature, following proof and expert evaluation method, design a pregnant woman during the prenatal health education path table.The second stage, with convenience sampling method, the selection during March 2014 to January 2014 in Harbin, one of 3 armour hospital obstetrics outpatient and ward,110 cases of pregnant women as the research object, according to the order of prenatal, according to the principle of random grouping, it were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,55 patients. Control group adopted routine prenatal health education, patients in the control group based on contract path of prenatal health education. Selecting anxiety self-assessment scale, the pregnancy stress scale as indicators to evaluate intervention. To enter the data from all SPSS 17.0 software package for processing, finally come to the conclusion.Result:(1) after test, two groups of pregnant women of anxiety, the pregnancy stress scores were lower than before the test score, statistically significant difference (P<0.01 or P< 0.05);(2) after test, two groups of pregnant women in the trial production rate, natural births are improved, statistically significant difference (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1. The contract type of prenatal education helps pregnant women pregnancy reduced levels of stress and anxiety, the pregnant woman pilot run rate, natural births are improved.2. The application contract path type prenatal education make health education for the pregnant woman has good feasibility.
