Meta-Analysis Of The Curative Effect Of Combining Implantation Of 125I Radioactive In The Treatment Of Advanced Pancreatic Carcinoma Patients

Objective:The effectiveness and safety of 1251 radioactive particles implantation in the treatment of interstitial advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods:We electronically searched Cochrane library,Pubmed,EMbase,CINAHL,Web of Science,CBM, CNKI.Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were indentified about Alpha-2 adrenergic agonists for the prevention of cardiac complications. Study selection and meta-analysis were conducted which according to the Cochrane Handbook for systematic reviews. Date were extracted from these trials by 3 reviewers independently and analyzed by RevMan5.3 software. Results:6 months 1251 interstitial implant survival rate of [OR=4.26,95%CI (1.82,9.93)] p=0.0008.,12 months 1251 interstitial implant survival rate of [OR=4.88,95%CI (1.75,13.56)], p=0.002.125I interstitial chemotherapy combined with objective tumor response [OR=6.10,95%CI (3.37,11.03)], p< 0.00001.1251 implantation combined with gastric bypass operation objective tumor response WMD=2.89,95%CI[-0.39,6.17], p=0.08.125I between the implant treatment compared with the control group, pain score decreased the efficiency of [OR=10.42,95%CI (5.92,18.35)], P<0.00001125I implantation in treatment of gastrointestinal reactions of [OR=0.98,95%CI (0.56,1.70)], p=0.94125I implantation in treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding incidence rate of [OR=4.12,95%CI (0.44,1.38.94)], p=0.22125I interstitial brachytherapy, pancreatic fistula, biliary fistula, infection pancreatitis incidence rate of [OR=2.28,95%CI (0.69,7.57)], p=0.18.Conclusion: 1251 radioactive example interstitial implantation in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer is a relatively safe treatment, but in survival rate, tumor objective efficiency no obvious improvement, only for pancreatic cancer patients with advanced cancer pain, quality of life improve, have a certain effect.
