| Objective: To investigate the change of immune function and clinical curative effect of hepatocelluar carcinoma treated with CIK immunotherapy, providing the basis for clinical biological treatment. Methods: To select 48 patients with hepatocelluar carcinoma from our department in February 2014 to February 2015, 24 patients are treated with CIK cells and 24 patient are treated with conventional method. While the 12 cases of healthy people of physical examination as a healthy control group. To contrast and observe the change of immune function and clinical curative effect of patients. Results: 1. In 24 patients treated with CIK cells, the level of CD4+/CD8+,Th17ã€Th1after treatment were higher than pre-treatment, and the improve had statistical significance.2. In 24 patients treated with CIK cells,The level of Th2, Treg cells in peripheral blood after treatment were lower than pre—treatment(P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant.3.The level of Treg and Th2 cells in peripheral blood after treatment were lower than that of conventional treatment group, the level of CD4 + / CD8+, Th17, Th1 is higher than the conventional treatment group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4. The level of CD4 + / CD8 is lower than the healthy controls, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5The level of Treg and Th2 cells in peripheral blood after treatment were higher than that of healthy control group, the level of CD4 + / CD8 +, Th17, Th1 is lower than the healthy controls, but there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).5.The KPS score was higher after treament than pre-treament(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.6. 2 case of patients with transient fever after doping, no allergy, shock and other adverse reactions, no bone marrow suppression, liver and kidney damage, etc. Conclusion:Using CIK cell therapy for hepatocelluar carcinoma patients, can improve the patient’s immune function and quality of life, has good curative effect. The methods provides an effective means of immunotherapy for these patients. |
