Objective: The original process of Xiaoerqingrening Granules different effective parts of pharmacodynamics research, analysis of Xiaoerqingrening Granules pharmacodynamics characteristics of the effective parts, on the basis of exploring Xiaoerqingrening Granules of new technology, and study the pharmacodynamics of new technology, in order to improve the Xiaoerqingrening Granules of clinical curative effect, optimize Xiaoerqingrening Granules production process.Methods: The original process based on Xiaoerqingrening Granules, extract the Xiaoerqingrening Granules effective parts, a total of 14 kinds of samples:(a) the original process of radix isatidis, radix bupleuri, honeysuckle, radix scutellariae aqueous extract and buffalo horn, antelope horn, general grinding, according to the original formula blending technique of bezoar, do not add supplementary material;(b) the original process of radix isatidis, radix bupleuri, honeysuckle, radix scutellariae water extract;(c) radix isatidis, radix bupleuri, alcohol extract of flos lonicerae, radix scutellariae;(d) radix bupleuri aromatic water;(e) honeysuckle scent water;(f) radix isatidis, radix bupleuri, flos lonicerae, radix scutellariae coarse polysaccharide extract;(g) radix isatidis, radix bupleuri, flavonoids extract of flos lonicerae, radix scutellariae;(h) radix isatidis, radix bupleuri, total saponins of flos lonicerae, radix scutellariae extract;(I) the alkaloids of radix isatidis extract;(j) radix isatidis, radix bupleuri, total organic acid extract of flos lonicerae, radix scutellariae;(k) of radix isatidis, radix bupleuri, honeysuckle, radix scutellariae in addition to sugar water extract;(l) radix isatidis, radix bupleuri, alcohol extraction of flos lonicerae, radix scutellariae and water extracts;(m) buffalo horn, antelope horn, output of bezoar comminution;(n) buffalo horn, antelope horn, bezoar output of superfine pulverizing technology. The 14 samples and Xiaoerqingrening Granulesantipyretic and analgesic, anti-inflammatory, immunization and bacteriostatic pharmacodynamics experiment, determine their pharmacodynamic characteristics of different samples.According to the pediatric heat grain samples screening, identified two new techniques:(a) radix bupleuri, flos lonicerae, radix isatidis, radix scutellariae four slices or lift and collect volatile oil and water of ox horn, antelope horn, bezoar comminution technology output;(b) radix bupleuri, flos lonicerae, radix isatidis, radix scutellariae four slices and add water horn, antelope horn, output of bezoar comminution. Preliminary screening experiment shows. The anti-inflammatory effects: confirmatory experiments show that:(a) Each dose group of the original process, and new technology of volatile oil, dose group, do not add new technology of volatile oil in large, middle dose group of significant anti-inflammatory effects. Antipyretic action research.(b) Each dose group of the original process, and new technology of volatile oil, dose group, do not add new technology of volatile oil in large dose group can significantly reduce rat, rabbit model of heating temperature, cooling effect obviously sustainable 4 to 6 h.(c) Analgesic action: large, medium dose group, the original process and new technology of volatile oil high-dose group, do not add new technology of volatile oil high-dose group has obvious analgesic action.(d) Immune stimulants: each dose group of the original process, and new technology of volatile oil each dose group, do not add new technology of volatile oil big, middle dose group of immune inhibitory effect is remarkable.(e) In vitro bacteriostasis, viral suppression effects: add new technology of volatile oil of staphylococcus aureus, e. coli bacteria, klebsiella pneumonia, beta hemolytic streptococcus pneumoniae have good effect; Do not add new technology of volatile oil of staphylococcus aureus, e. coli bacteria, has a better effect of beta hemolytic streptococcus; The original process on staphylococcus aureus and e. coli bacterium effect is better.Conclusion: Infantile clear heat, according to pharmacodynamics grain infantile heat ning and new technology of volatile oil of pharmacodynamics effect is obvious, for the optimization of pediatric heat ning granule process pharmacology and pharmacodynamics. Effect optimal effective parts of sequence is a large dose group of the original process, high doses of honeysuckle scent water group, the high-dose coarse polysaccharide group, high-dose saponins group, high-dose total organic acid group, small dose of crude polysaccharide group, high-dose except sugar water fluid group, high-dose group general grinding, high doses of alcohol extraction and waterextraction group, large dose of alcohol extraction.Using comprehensive weighting method carries on the comprehensive analysis of the experimental data, more weight result is bad, in order: high-dose group, the original process and new technology of volatile oil high-dose group, plus naphtha technology new technology of high-dose group, and new technology of volatile oil in the dose group, dose group of the original process, without the essential technology new technology dose group, and new technology of volatile oil in small dose group, small dose group of the original process, without the essential technology new technology of small dose group.
