Objective:Studying the common ginger in the effect of deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach normal, and observing the tissue distribution in rats and in rats of deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach normal delivery,we are going to discuss the channel tropism of common gingerMethods:1 The rats randomly into blank control group、spleen and stomach deficiency cold group、positive control group、 high does of medicine group、low does of medicine group、normal medicine group.Except the blank control group and normal medicine group, all rats of the rest four groups were irrigaten in the stomach 4℃ vinegar lml·100g-1 to copy the spleen and stomach deficiency cold group rat mode,and the rats were began to give medicine on the fifth day afternoon of building,among them,the rats of positive control group were given the Positive medicine 0.60g·ml-1, the rats of high does of medicine group and normal medicine group were given the water decoction of common ginger 15g·kg-1. the rats of low does of medicine group were given the water decoction of common ginger7.5 g·kg-1. Evolution the function of common ginger spinosae in the spleen and stomach deficiency cold rats,and compering the behavior changes of rats、the food-intake and water intake、the weight difference before in the second, four, six, eight, ten days, anus temperature、Viscera coefficient、the measurements of MTL、GAS in serum the stomach、Small intestine propulsion rate, rate of gastric emptying, by using SPSS17.0 software to deal with the detected data to evaluate the function of common ginger.2 The rats of high does of medicine group-normal medicine group were taken blood immediately after given medince 5、10、20、30、 40、 60、 90、120、 180、240、360miniutes.Then kill them and anatomy of the heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,brain,stomach, large intestine and small intestine, and determine the concentration of 6-gingerols,6-shogaol and 8-gingerols in the heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney, brain, stomach, large intestine and small intestine by UV-HPLC after the tissues were homogenated. finally, get the relative pharmacokinetic parameters by using DAS2.0 software to deal with the detected data previously mentioned. Comparing the index components of pao ginger in each organ and tissue of normal group and spleen deficiency rats earliest detection time, enrichment, duration of studying common ginger situation in and return to normal and spleen deficiency group rats tissues, and compare the difference between the normal group and spleen deficiency group organization distribution.Consequence:(1) Compared with spleen deficiency model group, high dose of gun ginger water extractsignificantly improve the spleen deficiency model ratsappearance; increased food-intake and water intake;a significant increase in spleen deficiency model weightvalue; improve the gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion rate; improve the spleen defifiency model group rats liver index, spleen coefficient, and the coefficient of thymus significantly; increased serum and gastric tissue fluid GAS, MTL value (P<0.05orP<0.01). Show that the efficacy of gun ginger has temperature.(2) Temperature potential basis to determine:By common ginger extract、containing serum and comparative analysis of HPLC serum blank map, determine common ginger active substances into the blood of 6-gingerols,6-shogaol and 8-gingerols.(3) The distribution of 6-gingerols,6-shogaol and 8-gingerols in the body:rats lavage after high does of common ginger, three effective ingredients can widely distributed in various tissues, and these three components can be detected after the rats were given medicine 5 miniutes and sustainable to 360miniutes; In deficiency cold in spleen group,the maintion time of 6-gingerols is the stomach=spleen>lung=small intestine>liver=brain>heart=serum= kidney>intestine.the maintion time of 6-shogaol is stomach> small intestine=spleen>liver=intestine>lung=heart=kidney>brain> serum, the maintion time of 8-gingerols is heart= spleen =stomach=liver>intestine>brain=small intestine>serum>lung;the order of AUCO-t in the organization of 6-gingerols is the stomach> intestine> serum>liver>intestine>spleen> lung>kidney>brain>heart. the order of AUCO-t in the organization of 6-shogaol is the stomach>intestine> intestine> serum>liver>spleen> lung, the order of AUCO-t in the organization of 8-gingerols is the stomach>liver>heart. In normal dosage groups, the maintion time of 6-gingerols is the stomach>liver= lung=serum=brain=small intestine> kidney=heart= spleen>intestine. the maintion time of 6-shogaol is stomach> small intestine>liver=intestine> lung=kidney>spleen=heart=serum.the maintion time of 8-gingerols is stomach>spleen>heart= kidney= lung=small intestine>serum;the order of AUCO-t in the organization of 6-gingerols is the serum> stomach> intestine> liver> lung>spleen>kidney>intestine>brain>heart. the order of AUCO-t in the organization of 6-shogaol is the stomach>intestine> intestine> serum>liver> lung, the order of AUCO-t in the organization of 8-gingerols is the spleen> stomach.Conclusion:Pharmacodynamics experiment of common ginger showed that it has significant role in the middle wamer. Three typical components of common ginger 6-gingerols,6-shogaol,8-gingerols can be different degree of distribution in brain, stomach, large intestine, small intestine,heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, and many other tissues and organs, by considering three ingredients in the enrichment of concentration, the earliest time, the maintain time and so on, common ginger in deficiency cold in spleen group and in normal dosage group mainly belongs to the spleen and stomach, liver, spleen, kidney, may belongs to Heart and lung. But common ginger three index components were different in deficiency cold in spleen group and in normal dosage group, indicating the strength of the different roles of different organs, Under the different syndrome the channel tropism of pao ginger is difference.
