Clinical Study On Cauterization Treatment Of Chronic Tonsillitis

Purpose:This study by clinical observation, to verify the microwave method and a small branded branding iron Chronic tonsillitis compared investigate the clinical efficacy of two branded law and security.Method:A case of this research is a subsidiary of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine Hospital ENT clinic of 60 patients with chronic tonsillitis 10-60 years, the treatment and control groups using random number table to be grouped. Treatment group,30 patients in the control group of 30 patients. The treatment group and the treatment group were branded, branded treatment once a week for a course of treatment, the degree of swelling of the tonsils of patients â…¡ â…¢ degree are required 2-3 months of treatment, patients with enlarged tonsils â…¢ degree every 30 branded facilities, that each side 15 under; tonsils swollen â…¡ degree, at each branded under 20,10 on each side, the tonsils â…  degree, at each branded under 10, under 5 each side. After two courses of treatment were observed changes in condition of two groups of patients, clinical efficiency is calculated in both groups.Result:The data were statistically analyzed, after two courses of treatment, P> 0.05 The results showed no significant difference between the two groups, the treatment group 30 cases,20 cases were cured,5 cases markedly effective in 3 cases,2 cases, the cure rate was 66.6% and the total effective rate was 93.3%; control group of 30 patients were cured 18 cases,4 cases were markedly effective in 5 cases,3 cases, the cure rate was 60%, the total effective rate was 90%; the two groups age, gender, pre-treatment and post-treatment compared to the integral P> 0.05, the results showed no significant difference between the two groups is statistically the duration of the treatment group and efficacy for comparison.Conclusion:The two treatment methods branded no significant difference in the efficacy of chronic tonsillitis disease, but in the operational aspects of the microwave method is better than small branding iron branding method, the operational aspects of a more standardized and simple, patients had no pain, no intraoperative bleeding, adults and children are easy to accept the Chinese foreign rule bake method.
