Purpose: 1. On the basis of Integrative Medicine on the anti-inflammatory drug therapy, to develop a comprehensive nursing intervention programs, especially compose a simple, easy to learn rehabilitation exercises, observe a comprehensive intervention model for ankylosing spondylitis(AS) motor function impact.2. Creating rehabilitation exercises in the family, community, hospital widely.Method: 60 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients in Jilin Province Hospital of Rheumatology ward were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases), two groups of patients were routinely given after admission to modulate the immune-inflammatory treatment and routine care, observation group in the conventional anti-inflammatory regulator to give comprehensive care interventions(including rehabilitation exercises, dietary care, dietary care, emotional care, drug treatment, and living care) immunotherapy basis. Comprehensive understanding of nursing interventions in patients with ankylosing spondylitis function of sport.Result: The two groups of patients after treatment intervention BASMI score, VAS pain scores, HAQ scores than those before treatment interventions significantly improved, and the difference was significant(P <0.05). After treatment, the score of the observation group was improved much more than the control group, the difference was significant(P <0.05); control group, the degree of spinal stiffness index score before treatment intervention changed little, the difference was not significant(P> 0.05). Observation group than in the intervention group significantly improved treatment, the difference was significant(P <0.05), and compared with the ipmprovement of the degree of stiffness of the spine between the control group and the observation group, the difference was significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve motor function in patients,Reduce pain, improve spine extent, improve the quality of life.
