[Object]To study the situation of KAP on reproductive health of adolescents and abortion womenin Shanghai.To find the factors for unintended abortion women, so as to provide evidence for measurements and appropriate model foreducation and promotion.[Methods] Two samples were conducted in this study:1、The students were selected from 32 middle school,7districts of the city by convenience sampling.An adolescent reproductive health status questionnaire survey was carried out to know young people’s physiological, psychological and social status, knowledge, attitude and behavior of adolescent health, adolescent health care service demand, content and service encounter the main obstacle etc.The sample consisted of 1556 junior high school students, 1490 senior high school students,2762 vocational school students.2、1225 unmarried abortion teenagers(10-24 years old)selected form 29 medical institutions 12 districts of the city by convenience sampling were grouped by 10-19 years old and 20-24 years old.A on-site survey was carried out to know the unmarried women on knowledge, attitude and behavior of sexual and reproductive health.And the associated risk factors of abortion (aged 10-19) and reproductive health service needs were analyzed in-depth multivariateUtilizing the Microsoft Visual FoxPro 6.0 to establish a data base and statistical analysis by EXCEL and SPSS18.0.Analysis methods such as Chi-square test was used. P<0.05 shows the difference was statistically significant.Logistic regression analysis was used in this study. [Results] (1) 15.8% of the students began to pay attention to the knowledge of sex before the age of 11 while 81.4% before the age of 13.Proportionofboys than girls (p<0.05). (2) Poorcognition for the students on the danger of unintended pregnancy of teenager; (3) Their attitudes toward love and sex behavior were quiteopen, only 45.2%junior high school students and 29.8% senior high school studentsagainst premarital sex; No significant differences between the male and female (4) There are 19.4% high school students and 25.5% vocational school students had marginal sex behavior such as caress.The rates for having sex between high school students and vocational school students were 7.3% and 18.1%, boys’ higher than girls’(p< 0.005). (5) The usege of contraceptives is relativelylow. The highschool students accounted for 70.8% while the vocational school students for 60.5% when the first sex without contraception.No significant differences between thevocational school students and the highschool students. (6) The students think that the adolescentsex education in the school curriculum is necessary, and the doctors are supposed to be the teacher. (7) The ageof abortion is reducing, and the risk group is the field of household registration (local rate 18.60%:unlocal rate 81.40%). (8) The average age at first sexual intercourse was 17.66± 0.102 years old below the age of 19, andthe average number of sexual partners was 1.57± 1.31, and the average abortion was 0.34±0.618 (prior to this).The rates of never take contraceptive measures were 12.18%(20-24) and 25.30%(below 19) (p<0.01).The rates of operation abortionand drug abortion were 75.20% and 24.80% for this time.No significant differences between two groups. (9) The satisfaction for the services in hospital is low (45.6%) (10) Occupation (students, unemployed), age, whether or not to take contraceptive measures and the number of sex partners significantly influence the number of young people...
