Objective:to evaluate application of low kV and pitch scanning simultaneous iterative reconstruction algorithm for the degree of blood vessels to strengthen, the effect of image quality and radiation dose. Methods:a prospective, consecutive choose suspected pulmonary embolism with 40 underwent multislice CT pulmonary angiography. Patients were randomly divided into two groups A and B (which is suitable for routine dose groups, group A group B for the low dose group),20 cases in each group, two groups respectively for different scan mode; Then group B is divided into two subgroups, B1 and B2 respectively to accept different ways of reconstruction. By two radiologists subjective assessment of image with five points method, and measured the pulmonary artery trunk, the ascending aorta and the CT value of muscle tissue around and noise, and calculate the control group and experimental group and experimental group between the two subgroups image signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), contrast to noise ratio (CNR), compare the radiation exposure parameters, including volume CT dose index (CTDIvol) and dose length product (DLP), and calculate the effective radiation dose (ED); Using SPSS 17.0 statistical software to analyze data. Results:all images can satisfy the requirements of diagnosis, the image quality of the three kinds of schemes in subjective evaluation and objective measurement (CT value, SD, SNR, CNR) had no significant differences (P>0.05), and the radiation dose (CTDIvol and DLP), group B was lower than that in group A, statistically significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion:the combined use of low kV increase pitch scanning at the same time, and joint ASiR rebuilding scanning mode, in does not reduce the image quality and meet the image diagnosis and at the same time also can further reduce the effective radiation dose.
