Objective Basedon 60 cases of hospitalized patients with central retinal artery occlusion, observe the mouse nerv e growth factor combination with puerarin in thetreatment of centr al retinal artery occlusion, summarize the current major clinical status about central retinal artery occlusion of etiology , pathology, pathogenesis and treatment, explor anddiscuss thetreatment effectMethods Select between September 2014 and March 2015 in Harbin 242 hospital ophthalmology hospitalization of 60 patients with central retinal artery occlusion. Then 60 patients ( 60 eyes) were divided into two groups, treatment group 3 0 cases(male 19 cases 19 eyes, female 11 cases of 11 e yes) and control group (male 18 cases 18 eyes, female 1 2 cases 12 eyes), treatment group mainly use mouse nerve growth factor, intramuscular,30ug every time, once a d ay,3 weeks as a course of treatment. Puerarin dissolve in normal saline, intravenous injection,250ml everytime , once a day,Control groupexcept without mouse nerve grow th factor, others are the same asthe treatment group. With vision, vision field and electroretinogram for comparing two groups of curative effect before and after treatmen t.Results (1)The mouse nerve growth factor in combination withpuerarin injection in the treatment of central retina 1 arteryocclusion group total effective rate was 83.33%, higher thanthe control group was 60.00%, total effective rate of the two groups after treatment difference is sta tistically significant (p<0.05),and the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control g roup. (2)In the aspect ofvision field, based on the comp arison of two groups before and after treatment and betw een the two groups wtin the total average retinalight se nsitivity, the difference comparison of two groups before treatment there was no statistical significance (p>0.05) the comparison difference of two groups after treatme nt was statistically significant (p<0.05), the effect of treatment group after treatment was better than the contr ol group after treatment, the effect of two groups after treatment were better than before the treatment, the di fference was statistically significant (p<0.05). (3)In the aspectof electroretinogram, based on the comparison oftw O groups before and after treatment and between the two groups wtin the latency and amplitude of b waves, the amplitude of Ops waves, the number of Ops waves, two groups of ptients beforetreatment there was no statistica 1 significance (p>0.05) in difference comparison, the com parison of two groups of patients after treatment differe nce was statistically significant (p<0.05), after treatmen t the b waves latency shorten, the amplitude value increas es, Ops waveamplitude increases, the total number of wave let increase, the treatment group after treatmentwas better than the control group after treatment, in addition to the amplitude of b waves in control group was no stat istically significant difference before and after the tre atment, the rest of the two groups after treatment were betterthan before the treatment, the difference was stat istically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion 1. Mouse nerve growth factor in combination with puerarin in the treatment of central retinal artery occlusion is safe, effective, worthy of clinical popularization and application.2. ERG check relative to the visual acuity is more obje ctive and accurate.
