Objective:To explore detection the curative effect evaluation of the isocitrate dehydrogenase 1,(IDH1) and carcino-embryonic antigen(CEA), carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), cytokeratin segments of 19 (Cyfra21-1) to the diagnosis and curative effect evaluation of clinical significance. Methods:In Xinjiang medical university affiliated tumor hospital, there were 143 cases of clinical diagnosis of patients with NSCLC, by 2 cycles of chemotherapy, monitoring the level changes of IDH1 and other markers of CEA and CA125, Cyfra21-1 of the lung adenocarcinoma and lun g squamous carcinoma,2 groups of different pathological type before and after che motherapy, and then combine with the changes of lung CT images before and after chemotherapy, carry on the analysis and evaluation of curative effect Results:ID H1 was in highest level in lung adenocarcinoma detection, and the Cyfra21-1 was in the highest level in detection of lung squamous carcinoma. The differences were statistically significant. IDH1, CEA, CA125 decreased obviously of Lung adenocar cinoma patients in partial response (PR), IDH1 and CEA increased significantly in patients with disease progression (PD), differences have statistical significance; CA 125 had no obvious changes in patients with stable lesions (SD) and PD. IDH1 a nd Cyfra21-1 were significantly lower in patients with PR Lung squamous carcino ma, and IDH1 significantly elevated in patients with PD, statistically significant dif ferences, the differences were statistically significant. No obvious changes in patient s with SD. Conclusion:Monitoring IDH1 and serum CEA, CA125, Cyfra21-1 leve Is of patients with NSCLC can help judge the tumor pathological type. IDH1 seru m level changes before and after chemotherapy is closely related to the treatment effect.
