| Objective:Explore contrast-enhanced ultrasonography features of early-onset breast cancer, to evaluate the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in early-onset breast cancer. Methods:The Pathologically confirmed 142 cases of breast cancer were divided into two groups according to age, A group:<35 years old,51 cases; Group B:>35 years old,91 cases. All of the patients were women, lesions are primary lesion, preoperative without any treatment. All patients underwent routine Preoperative ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and sonographic features were analyzed. Results:Breast cancer compared with group B to group A, showed bigger lesion, a smaller aspect ratio, high-echo halo less, more common uneven internal echo, rarer rear attenuation and contrast-enhanced after lesions increase is not obvious, fast forward retreat quickly, without contrast agents were stranded, The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05); Two grouPs of classifiers in shaPe, boundary, burr sign or crab sign, calcification, amount of blood flow in lesions, enhancement effect, blood vessels form, distribution of contrast agent, filling defect etc. There was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:High frequency ultrasound has become the preferred means of breast examination, plays an important role in the early-onset breast cancer examination, examination in high frequency ultrasonography based on contrast enhanced ultrasound can not only reflect the morphological characteristics of early onset breast cancer, also can significantly improve the detection level of micro blood vessel, qualitative and quantitative evaluation of early-onset breast cancer microcirculation perfusion, so ultrasonography has important clinical significance in early onset breast cancer diagnosis and differential diagnosis. |
