The Investigation And Analysis Of Thyroid Hormone Levels In Patients With Dyslipidemia

Objective: To investigate the patients with dyslipidemia lipid factors and the relationship between serum thyroid hormone levels change. Methods: Incorporated in January 2013-August 2014 during my hospital patients diagnosed as dyslipidemia, Detection of serum thyroid hormone,lipid levels,according to the sex;National;Age and hypertension; Diabetes;Layered coronary heart disease or not;Using SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis. Results:(1)Participants included 1226 patients,Which did not check a total of 119 cases of thyroid function,omission factor at a rate of 9.71%.(2)General information:There are significant differences between TSH and FT4 group compared different gender(P<0.05).Among various ethnic groups compared to the three showed thyroid function(P>0.05) prompted no significant difference.Compared to all ages: at different agesTSH,FT3,FT4 group showed: P<0.05,statistically significant tips.(3)Under the different condition of thyroid hormone and blood lipids of correlation analysis:TG have not significantly correlated for three thyroid function;Under certain thyroid hormone levels,TC will affect the level of FT3 and TSH;HDL-C affect TSH level. LDL-C is closely associated with the FT3.(4)Clamp with other diseases of dyslipidemia compared with pure dyslipidemia:with Hypertension group; with diabetes group;And wth CHD group were compared with simple hyperlipidemia group,three showed thyroid function(P>0.05),Tips presence of hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease had no significant effect on thyroid function.(5)Comparison of different syndromes of thyroid hormone:TSH:The Phlegm and blood stasis each knot group,Yin xu yang kang group, Gan shen yin xu group, Qi yin liang xu group,Qi xu xue yu group,Qi zhi xue yu group,Yin xu xue yu group compared with Spleen and kidney yang group,P <0.05;Qi yin liang xu group,Qi xu xue yu group and Yin xu xue yu group compared with Dirty muddy Phlegm group,P<0.05.The rest were not statistically different between the groups. Conclusion:(1)Compared with male and female group, a significant difference between TSH and FT4 group.(2)Compared to patients with different ages,TSH,FT3,FT4 between-group differences were statistically significant.(3)At a certain level of thyroid hormone status,TC,LDL-C is closely associated with the FT3,TC is closely related to TSH, HDL-C is closely associated with TSH.(4)Different TCM syndromes have a certain impact on the TSH, In order to be able to provide objective evidence for clinical practice.
