Objective:To explore the expression and significance of MUM-1 and CD138 in autoimmune hepatitis. Methods:The expression of MUM-1 and CD138 was studied by using immunohistochemistry method in 29 cases of AIH,compared by 23 cases of CHB, 8 cases of ALD,15 cases of DILI and 7 cases of normal.Meanwhile, collectde the date of ANA,ALT,AST,Ig G and histological staging(inflammation and fibrosis score). The results were dealt with SPSS.Results: 1. The incidence of the expression of MUM-1 for five groups were 0,4.35%,13.3%,62.5%,93.1%,statistically significant in the five groups(P<0.01),obviously higher than the nomal and the other three chronic hepatitis groups(P<0.01). The intensity of MUM-1 expression in the five groups was statistical significance(P<0.01)2. The intensity of the expression of CD138 was higher than the nomal and the other three chronic hepatitis groups, the difference was statistically significant(P>0.01). There was a significant difference in the five group of the CD138 expression intensity(P<0.01).3. In 29 cases of AIH,There was no correlation between MUM-1 or CD138 and ALT,AST,ALP,GGT(P>0.05). MUM-1 was positively correlated to ANA,Ig G and histological staging(inflammation and fibrosis score)(P<0.05), so was CD138 with ANA and histological staging(inflammation and fibrosis score).Conclusion:MUM-1 is helpful to diagnosis of AIH. The level of MUM-1 or CD138 is significantly increased in AIH patients,so they may give some directions to AIH prognosis. |
