Purpose:1,Research of computer speech recognition technology combined with ultrasonic inspection, work with AnHuiYingTong Technology Co, Ltd to developUltrasound Speech Recognition System; 2, Research the value of clinical applications of Ultrasound Speech Recognition System.Materials and Methods:1, Based on the collection of more than 80,000 copies of the report on the thyroid ultrasound,we summarized the key words and short sentences of templates used by Ultrasound Speech Recognition System; Apply computer intelligent speech recognition technology to develop Ultrasound Speech Recognition System (cooperated byPLA General Hospital and AnHuiYingTong Technology Co.), combined with existing ultrasonic inspection workflow; 2, Conducted a clinical study of the system on ultrasonic diagnosis departmentofPLA General Hospital. Three doctors independently using the system to check on the patients,we statistical analysistherecognition rate of different doctors, different key words and short sentences.Results:1, Extract 301 key words and sentences to improve the ultrasound template, based onmore than 80,000 thyroid ultrasoundreports;Improve and expand the existing ultrasonic inspection workflow, One doctor can complete all the work, and can save the recording for future enquiries; 2, The speech recognition rate of three doctors was 83.70%、79.04% and 54.36%. The overall average precision rate of speech recognition was 74.47%. The system crashes occurred once in the course of use.Conclusion:1, The system has several potential values in ultrasonic examination:Optimize working procedure in examination, improve work efficiency (speech input and automatic generate reports), the voice backups of inspection process can be used as the original first-hand information when needed; 2, The key function of the system is operating normally, the process design is perfect. But the recognition rate didn’t reach 95% of the desired effect. The system needs to be improved in template, noise-canceling and reliability.
