Objective:To improve the quality of pharmaceutical vocational training and promote the pharmaceutical talents team construction based on the integrated model of hospital pharmacy vactional training, by analyzing the characteristics and the demand of every training level, optimizing the content of each link of and exploring the comprehensive utilization of diverse teaching methods and the information tools for hospital pharmacists training.Methods:Review the hospital pharmacy training course in PLA general hospital from 2009 to 2014. Analysis the influence of the overall training with qualitiy control methods. Find out the problems existing in the each training link and make optimiztion solution. Then carry out the comprehensive optimization with a variety of ways, such as integrative approach, hierarchical approach and elicitation teaching method. Meanwhile, development the the information assistant tools for training, in order to improve the efficiency of optimization and quality. At last set up the quality control system for the integrated model of hospital pharmacy vocational training with plan-do-check-action (PDCA) theory.Results:In the preliminary establish the new integrated model on the basis of the hospital pharmacy vocational training, according to the various levels of hospital pharmacy vocational training target, improve the formation of a multi-level pharmaceutical training specification, which include clinical pharmacists, hospital pharmacists, students majoring in Pharmacy and so on. Surrounding the contents about pharmacy management, the guarantee of the drug and pharmaceutical care, design curriculum system which pay equal attention to theory and practice, Including 20 class medicine theory and the practice and skill lectures 28 classes. Enhance the diversity and comprehensiveness of training assessment with a variety of methods, such as the simulated training, problem-based learning and the traditional training. In order to inspect training effect and seek the focus of the continuous improvement of hospital pharmacy, annual appraisal situation from 2009 to 2014 are analyzed. Multiple information assistant tools are researched and developed, which include training management system, formulary information query system. Standard training appraisal system for hospital pharmacists, etc. Construct the comprehensive information platform for hospital pharmacy training by merging the systems developed by ourselves. Through the optimization of each link and content of hospital pharmacy vocational training. A quality control system is formed, which set "teaching-learning-evaluation-improve" as a whole.Conclusion:Based on the merging of Higher Education with Vocational Education Resources in PLA genral hosptal and PLA medical school, the distinctive integrated model for hospital pharmacy vactional training is constructed with the integrity, hierarchical training theories and by comprehensive utilization of quality management method, diversity training methods and information tools and so on. The establishment and improvement of the integrated model for hospital vocational training can contribute to improving pharmacists’ knowledge and skills, providing high quality of pharmaceutical care and strengthening the construction of pharmceutical talent team.
