Objective: To investigate the children vaccination informatization using status in Fuyang City and the influences brought by the immune programming work. The paper mainly focused on the applications of the information client’s new functions during the vaccination steps, including the vaccination appointment(SMS appointment, digital platform), vaccination registration(normalize outpatient process), collation of the children’s basic information and the vaccination information after the vaccination, et al. These can help us to find the solutions to improve the management and application of the system client with the help of the children vaccination informatization client as well as increasing parents’ satisfaction by improving the service quality.Method: Taking the three steps(appointment-vaccination-upload information) of the daily vaccination works as the center to collect the related information about the field survey and the retrospective study under different intervention models, so as to analyze the effectiveness of different interventions using the statistical tools such as the EXCEL and SPSS13.0.Results: 1. Through statistical analysis of the results is as follows: 0-6 age children before and after vaccination information technology age children build a city card rate comparison: the rate of increase of the cards(χ2 = 244.7, P <0.05), 0-6-year-old school-age children vaccination rate basis vaccination rate(χ2 = 194.6, P <0.05), booster vaccination rate(χ2 = 157.2, P <0.05). Jieshou and Yingquan use the traditional model of the reservation time rate no difference(χ2 = 2.5, P> 0.05); Jieshou use the new model to make timely appointments Yingquan rate than the traditional model has been raised(χ2 = 36.8, P < 0.05). Complete information on the city’s child was only 79.92% of cases, Yingzhou, Taihe County, Jieshou City, Funan, Yingshang County is higher than the city average(P <0.05), Yingquan lower than the city average(P <0.05). Information clinic staff accounted for the proportion of all the staff, the Ying, Ying states, Ying Quan proportion higher than the city average(P <0.05), Linquan, Jieshou, Funan below average(P <0.05); Number of children per service Linquan, Taihe, Funan, Jieshou besignificantly higher than in several other counties. Linear regression and binary logistic regression show together: the number of operators, the number of trained, outpatient responsible directly involved in the operation and whether or not the cases complete positive correlation(P <0.05).Conclusion: Intervention for Childhood Immunization Information System on "reserve inoculation" "inoculation process of implementation," "Vaccination Information collate upload" and three inoculation links found : 1.
