This dissertation includes two chapters:Chapter 1 Summary of the related literaturesGanoderma lucidum was a kind of large medicinal fungi, affiliated with Kingdom Fungi, Basidiomycota, Basidiomycetes, Ganodennatales, Ganoderataceae. The main research of medicinal fungus ganoderma was Ganoderma lucidum, Ganoderma sinense, Ganoderma lipsiense, ganoderma tsugae, ganoderma duropora, Ganoderma capens, Ganoderma valesiacum and so on. The regulation varieties of Chinese pharmacopoeia were the dry fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum (Ley-ss. ex Fr.) Karst. and Ganoderma sinense Zhao, XuetZhang. Studies on chemical constituents from spores, mycelium and fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum in recent years were reviewed. Pharmacological effects of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides and triterpenes were summarized.108 references were cited.Chapter 2 Studies on chemical constituents from fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidumSolvent extraction method and several modern chromatographic techniques (including silica gel, Cjs, Sephadex LH-20, Diaion, MCI, etc.) were used to isolate the chemical constituents of ethanol extract of the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum, and the structure of chemical constituents were identified according to physicochemical properties and spectralanalysis (ESI-MS, HR-ESI-MS, 13C NMR,’H NMR, and ROESY, HMBC, HSQC, 2D-NMR, etc.). Twenty five compounds were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum. They were nineteen triterpenes, three steroids, two cerebrosides and a thymidine.Nineteen triterpenes were characterized as 3β,7β,5α,28-tetrahydroxy-11,23-dioxo-lanost-8,16-dien-26-oic acid,3β,7β,15β-trihydroxy-11,23-dioxo-lanost-8,16-dien-26-oic acid methyl ester,3β,7β,15β-trihydroxy-11,23-dioxo-lanost-8,16-dien-26-oic acid,4,4,14a-trimethyl-3-oxo-5a-pregna-7,9(11)-diene-20S-carboxylate, Lucidenic acid C, Lucidone F, Lucidone D,7-oxo-ganoderic acid Z,26-nor-11,23-dioxo-5a-lanost-8-en-3β,7β,15α,25-tetrol, Ganosineniol A, Ganoderic acid XL1, Ganoderic acid C2, Methyl ganoderate C, Ganolucidic acid γa, Methyl ganoderate C2, Lucidenic lactone, Ganoderic acid C, Ganodermacetal, Ganotropic acid. Three steroids were characterized as stigmasta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6a-triol, Ergosterol, ergosta-7,22-diene-3-one. Two cerebrosides were characterized as 1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(2S,3R,4E, 8Z)-2-N-(2R)-hydroxyltetracosanoyl-octadecasphinga-4,8-dienine, (4E,8E)-N-D-2’-hydroxy-lpalmitoyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-9-methyl-4,8-spingodienine and a thymidine.Among them 3β,7β,5α,28-tetrahydroxy-11,23-dioxolanost-8,16-dien-26-oic acid,3β,7β, 15β-trihydroxy-11,23-dioxo-lanost-8,16-dien-26-oic acid methyl ester,3β,7β,15β-trihydroxy-11,23-dioxo-lanost-8,16-dien-26-oic acid,26-nor-11,23-dio-xo-5a-lanost-8-en-3β,7β,15α,25- tetrol, Ganotropic acid were firstly separated from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum; stigmasta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6α-triol,l-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(2S,3R,4E,8Z)-2-N-(2R)-hy-droxyltetracosanoyl-octadecasphinga-4,8-dienine and (4E,8E)-N-D-2’-hydroxylpalmitoyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-9-methyl-4,8-spingodienine were firstly separated from Ganode-rma.
