With the rapid development of economy and society in our country, the relationship between doctors and patients, in the period of social transition, has also entered the period of ice. The doctor-patient relationship is showing a white hot state medical dispute cases increase every year, being more and more complicated and worse. Public hospitals, as the main body of China’s medical system, are surely to be the first choice for people when they get ill. "The CPC Central Committee decision about major issues comprehensively deepen reform", which was adopted on The Third Plenary Session of the eighteen, pointed out a clear ling for deepening the medical and health system reform. In the new situation, how to improve the problems of doctor-patient relationship management in public hospitals, building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients has become an important problem.The purpose of this study is to explore the problems existing in the management of relationship between doctors and patients in public hospital of our country, and actually find perfect countermeasures according to the present stage, the construction of the public welfare of public hospitals. This paper mainly uses the literature analysis, comparative analysis of research methods and survey, collection, identification, classification and collating relevant literature about the development status of doctor-patient relationship management of public hospital and S hospital, for reference of foreign hospital patient relationship management mode, in the basis of grip on the status quo of study and put forward their own views, thus to improve the effectiveness of research and targeted to provide feasibility argumentation in this paper. The paper using the theory of new public service theory, the new public management theory and the theory of harmony management to demonstrate support, through the analysis of the necessity of doctor-patient relationship management in public hospitals to raise domestic attention, and through the development status of the S hospital reflects a series of problems of doctor-patient relationship management in China’s public hospitals, puts forward corresponding solving measures, such as enhancing the public welfare of public hospitals. Establish and improve the doctor-patient crisis management mechanism of public hospitals; the implementation of public hospital patient communication service quality management; strengthen the construction of legal system of public hospitals; strengthening public hospital environment and facilities construction and e-government.The innovation of this paper lies in the research on the hospital patient relationship management in the public hospital setting specific environment, combined with the specific data analysis, through drawing lessons from foreign advanced management mode of the doctor-patient relationship, combined with national conditions in China, the use of public crisis management theory and the theory of total quality management. Through this study, to indicate the direction for the management of the doctor-patient relationship in Chinese public hospitals to improve, so that people can gain high quality medical services, so that the harmonious development of public hospital, so as to promote the building of a harmonious society.
