So Prevent the occurrence of acute radioactive enteritis、alleviate the occurrence degree should be paid more attention. Based on this, in the foundation of.consult copious literature, we took moxibustion whick is the external treatment of traditional chinese medicine, cauterize the acupoints of Shenque、Qihai、Guanyuan, Observe the effect of the prevention、relaxation、therapeutical for the acute radioactive enteritis.Methods58 cases of the patients were randomly divided into moxibustion group and control group (29 cases in each group).Both of the two group accepted the intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT). The observation group gave the therapy of moxibustion on the acupuncture point of Shenque、Qihai、 Guanyuan. Each running for 15 minutes once a week. The control group gave no other treatment. Then the patients gave the therapy of retention enema with dexamethasone-. gentamicin and smectite powder when occurred the acute radiation enteritis equal or exceed Ⅱ degree. When the acute radiation enteritis is in remission. Suspend the retention enema. Records the condition of patient’s bloody stool、tenesmus、abdominal pain、diarrhea. Observe the time of acute radiation enteritis occurrence, the occurrence rate of the acute radiation enteritis^ the number of times of the retention enema. Evaluate the occurrence degree of acute radiation enteritis, Whole of them compared.Results1.
