Objective:The experimental research of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with depression’s TCM syndromes with the relationship of S100 B protein、Nerve growth factor、Leptin and NF-κB-P65 concentrations, compared to the normal group,to discuss their concentrations’ difference;TCM syndrome types of lung function and HAMD scales’ difference;HAMD scales and S100 B protein、NGF’s correlation。Methods:According to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treatment guidelines(2013Revision Guide) and TCM diagnostic criteria(based on Chinese new drug clinical research guidelines) and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale for Depression,20 patients were diagnosed with stable COPD patients with depression, according to TCM syndromes divided into The lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome and the lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome groups, and select 20 healthy people。Collecting the patients fasting venous blood 5ml in 7 to 9 am,Specimens aboved were centrifuged for10-20 minutes after placed in the natural state(3000 revolutions per minute,5min),The supernatant was placed in-80 ℃ low temperature refrigerator, By using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)to measure those three groups’ S100 B protein、NGF、Leptin and NF-κB-p65 concentrations(5-fold dilution were measured value)。By using statistical analysis software SPSS17.0 analysis of variance analyzing the three groups’ age 、S100B protein、NGF、 Leptin and NF-κB-p65 concentrations,chi-square test applicated in Sex ratio analysis。The TCM syndromes’ lung function and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale scores were compared with values independent samples t test, Hamilton depression scale score values and S100 B protein 、 NGF’s correlation using linear correlation analysis。Results:1.sex ratio and age of three groups was not statistically significant,andcomparable。2.S100 B protein The S100 B protein of the lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome and the lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome, were higher than that in healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); S100 B protein between the TCM syndromes’ groups were not statistically significant。3.NGF The NGF of the lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome and the lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome, were higher than that in healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); NGF between the TCM syndromes’ groups were not statistically significant。4.Leptin The Leptin of the lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome and healthy control group, were higher than that in the lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Leptin between the lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome and healthy control group were not statistically significant。5.NF-κB-p65 The NF-κB-p65 of the lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome and the lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome, were higher than that in healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); NF- κ B-p65 between the TCM syndromes’ groups were not statistically significant。6.The lung function of FEV1/FVC and FEV1% Pred in the lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome, was higher than that in the lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05)。7.The HAMD scores between the lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome and the lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome, were not statistically significant; The TCM syndromes’ HAMD scores with S100 B protein、NGF had no obvious correlation。Conclusion:1.serum S100 B protein, NGF participate brain damage and repair processes;2.Leptin when low concentrations in the body regulate nutrient levels,no significant effect on inflammation, NF-κB-p65 involved in brain injury and systemic inflammatory response;3.HAMD score was no difference in the TCM group type group, the relevant indicators of serum S100 B protein associated with depression, NGF levels were not significantly correlated;4.The lung function of lung spleen deficiency syndrome and related indicators FEV1 / FVC and FEV1% predicted better than lung and kidney qi deficiency group。...
