| Objective Using the 3 d-STI technology to different configuration of primary hypertension patients with left entricular longitudinal left ventricular systolic function.Methods 90 cases of patients with essential hypertension(among them,48 patients with normal left ventricular configuration,30 patients with left ventricular remodeling,12 patients with left ventricular wall centripetal hypertrophy),age, gender of the matched control group 30 cases. Take the whole volume image nowadays. Using GE Vivid E9 color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic system, using the conventional M-type, modified Simpson method, two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound speckle tracking imaging evaluation of left ventricular hypertrophy configuration normal, hypertensive left ventricular remodeling and normal control group of three left ventricular longitudinal systolic function.Results (1) normal control group compared with the basic clinical data of different configurations of high blood pressure patients had no statistical significance; ② using M-mode echocardiography measured left ventricular geometric patterns normal (LVN) group and the normal control group, compared to the measured values were not statistically significant (P>0.05); left ventricular remodeling (LVR) group and normal left ventricular geometric patterns (LVN) compared to the group, left ventricular end diastolic diameter (Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter LVIDd), diastolic interventricular septum thickness (LVSd), end-diastolic left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVPWT), left ventricular mass index (LVMI), relative wall thickness (RWT) difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); ③ 2DSTI measured sidewall technology base, middle anterior septum, inferior wall in the middle, the middle of the rear wall, side walls in the middle, a front wall apical segment and apical cap of the measuring values were statistically significant (P<0.05) interval measured before④ 3DSTI technology basal segments, basal segment of the lower wall, the posterior wall of the base, the base section side walls, the middle before the interval, after an interval in the middle, By the middle of the wall, the rear wall of the middle, anterior apical segment, apical segment of the lower wall, side walls and apical segment of the measuring values of the apical cap was statistically significant (P<0.05). ⑤ 2 DSTI and 3DSTI technology determination of every wall of left ventricular longitudinal analysis by means of the person, and that the results have good consistency.Conclusion compared with three-dimensional ultrasound speckle tracking imaging there is no advantage of conventional ultrasound technology in Evaluation of the left ventricle in patients with hypertension each segment longitudinal systolic function. |
