【 Objective 】 Study the dietary behaviors problems of children with autism spectrum disorder,To understand the differences between ASD children and normal children of the intestinal microflora in the richness and diversity. To investigate the correlation between the severity of ASD children in eating behavior problems and intestinal microbial diversity and richness,to provide a basis for the establishment of autism self-care ability training method. 【Method】 Choose the children who visits for the first time and diagnosed with ASD in the first affiliated hospital of anhui medical university outpatient between July 2013 and June 2014 as the experimental group. The children of control group are the normal ones of longan community and the eighteenth primary school of Huainan.Collect the basic information, establish ASD children’s eating behavior scale. Conducted respectively on two groups of children. Return participants stool samples and extract faeces microbial DNA samples and sequenc by the MiSeq high-throughput sequencing platform. 【Result】 In the experiment group, The incidence of unhealthy dietary behaviors was higher than that of control group in all the four dimensions: eating capacity, mealtime behavior, food selection and feeding behavior. ASD children mostly exist difficulties in the feeding capacity dimension, difficulty chewing and swallowing difficulties or drooling when eating, the symptom such as nausea and retching. 20 cases(67%), ASD children won’t have a meal, parents need feeding. In the "children need specific table/tableware put, or need specific tableware and children for dinner program or in a certain way" the incidence of these two items in the experimental group, respectively 14 cases(47%) and 15 cases(50%) of eating behavior dimension in the experimental group. In food choice dimension, 4 cases(13%) of ASD children refused all food.More ASD children refuse to try new foods, refused to ever refused to food. 27 cases(90%) of ASD children for food texture/color/taste/temperature preferences. In the feeding behavior, two groups of parents are worry about. Diversity and abundance test result display. ASD group’s OTUs、ACE、Chao1 index are higher than the control group. Shannon and Simpson are similar in the two groups, there was no statistically significant difference. Feeding capacity dimension scores and ACE, Shannon, Chao1 significantly related. When Chao1, ACE, Shannon index increases, the ability to eat dimension scores increased. ACE index increases, the food choice dimension scores and increased scale total score. 【Conclusion】a.Eating behavior problems are prevalent in children with autism, compared with typically developing children, there are many types of problems and the extent of the deep.b.Difficulty swallowing, chewing difficulties, refused to eat, interest in single on the issue of food in the process of eating behavior development can be see as the early signal to diagnose ASD.c.There are infant differences between ASD children and normal children in the diversity and abundance of gut microbes. The richness of ASD children’s intestinal microbial was significantly higher than that in normal children.d.The severity of ASD children’s eating behavior problems are associated with diversity and abundance of gut microbes, especially the ability to eat and food choices.
