| Objective Simply by monitoring the two arte rial catheter interventions(Amplatzer occluder umbrella mushrooms and spring bolt method) for the treatm ent of pat ients with PDA(patent ductus arteriosus) one day before surgery, after three days, after three months of Tei index and BNP(Brain Natriuretic Peptide), before and after treatment intervention alone PDA investigate cardiac function in patients change and its meaning, respectively, using the comparative method Amplatzer occluder umbrella mushrooms, spring bolt after children with heart PDA law functional changes its significance, the use of imported mushroom umbrella Amplatzer occluder or whether th e differences in the impact of domestic similar Amplatzer occluder m ushroom umbrella on cardiac function.Methods Collect children with pure PDA by Amplatzer occlude r or coil blockage law interventional treatment of 98 patie nts in one day before sur gery, three days, three months, respectively, to monitor tissue Doppler Tei index values and B NP values and the 25 cases of normal children of the appropriate age as a control group. Record:â‘ one day before the interventional treatment of children with PDA simple and normal children Tei index value and the BNP value; â‘¡ After using interventional treatment three days children with alone PDA of children and normal children group Tei index values and BNP values; interventional treatment in three months after suffering a simple PDA children and normal children group Tei index value and the BNP value; the former group and the Amplatzer occluder coil group of children with surgery one day, after three days, after three m onths of Tei index values and BN P values; the use of imported Amplatzer closure 1 day before plugging and homemade Amplatzer occluder surgery, three days, three m onths after the Tei index values and BNP values. Statistical analysis was performed using t-test and ANOVA.Results1. One day before treatm ent intervention be fore surgery PDA children Tei index is greater than the normal children(P <0.05), BNP values greater than the normal children(P <0.05).2.Three days after interventional treatment, no significant difference in children before surgery PDA Tei index and nor mal children group(P> 0.05), BNP values greater than the normal children(P <0.05).3. Three months after interventional treatment, Tei index before surgery PDA children and normal children were no significant di fferences in the tre atment of postintervention(P> 0.05), no significant dif ference(P> 0.05) com pared with the norm al children group in BNP values.4. Amplatzer occluder group and the coil group of children before sur gery one day, after three days, af ter three months of Tei index values and BNP values were not significantly different(P> 0.05).5.One day before using Amplatzer occluder imported and domestic Amplatzer occluder surgery, three days, three m onths after the Tei index values and BNP values were not significantly different(P> 0.05).Conclusion Simple PDA patients before interventional treatment have different than the corresponding age group of normal children in Tei index and BNP size,three days after interventional treatment, the heart function was restored to a certain extent, some indicators return to normal; 3 m onths after interventional treatment cardiac function returned to normal; due to individual differences and choose Amplatzer occluder law and coil m ethod alone PDA interventional treatment of ca rdiac function recovery no difference,currently imports and some domestic Amplatzer occluder in no differences on the effect of PDA closure in children. |
