Clinical Observation Of Zi Mu Dan Combined With TACE Of Primary Liver Cancer(liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Type Sediment Poison)

Objective: On the basis of TACE treatment,in patients with liver cancer combined with Zi Mu Dan through clinical observation,to explore middle-late combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment effect and prognosis of liver cancer analysis,provide a further basis for clinical dialectical treatment.Methods:60 patients with primary liver cancer were randomly grouped,treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases, treatment group was given(Zi Mu Dan) + TACE,control group simply by interventional therapy,observe two groups of individuals with signs and symptoms before and after treatment, biochemical indexes,prothrombin time,tumor size,AFP,half a year of survival rate,adverse reactions during treatment patients and related indicators.Results: The curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group,especially in liver area pain,waist sour leg soft,anorexia,abdominal distension have obviously improved.Conclusion:For locally advanced primary liver cancer patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency and blood stasis toxin type,Zi Mu Dan combined with conventional can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce the biochemical indicators,reduce side effects after intervention,prolong the survival period.
