Obsjective:Detect serum protein angiogenesis-2 (Ang-2) in patients with DCM the change of the concentration, and its relevance to the cardiac function indexes.Methods:Thirty-three patients who suffer from cardiac insufficiency from April 2013 to October 2013 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi medical University were included in this study. Over the same period in the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university medical 33 cases of healthy subjects as control group. The team there was no statistically significant difference compared with control group general clinical data. ELISA were used to detect the serum levels of Ang-2 and BNP. At the same time heart color doppler ultrasound is used to measure the cardiac insufficiency patients with the LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD. statistical software comparison Ang-2 in serum BNP and the correlation of echocardiographic indexes.Results:1. The comparison of two groups of serum concentration of Ang-2 DCM group and control group in serum concentration of Ang-2 were 4.990 ±3.800 ng/ml and 2.500 ±1.700 ng/ml.Comparison between the two groups, DCM group Ang-2 in serum concentration higher than the normal control group had significant (p< 0.01).2. The serum concentration of Ang-2 with the cardiac function indexes of correlation in DCM group,Patients with DCM group average systolic diameter 56.35029.760 mm, the average stretch at the end of inner diameter of 71.350±26.520 mm, left ventricular ejection fraction was 40.750 ±22.240% on average.DCM patients serum BNP concentration to an average of 6282.400±7014.500 pg/ml. Ang-2 expression in patients with DCM group serum levels are negatively related with left ventricular ejection fraction (r=0.390, P=0.390), and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (r=0.264, P=0.264) were positively correlated, and left ventricular end systolic diameter were positively correlated relationship (r=0.273, P=0.273).Dilated Ang-2 concentration in serum myocardial group is associated with serum BNP concentration did not see clearly r=0.160, P=0.375.ConclusionDCM patients serum Ang-2 concentration significantly increased, Ang-2 at the end of the concentration and diameter at the end of the left ventricular systolic and diastolic diameter were positively correlated, and negatively correlated with left ventricular ejection fraction, and BNP concentration has no obvious correlation...
