Among the valid investigated women, 180 people have a history of threatened abortion. The database is created and descriptively analyzed by using Excel and SPSS 17.0.2 Case-control study:Choose the 180 threatened abortion patients as object and eliminate the predisposing factors such as chromosomal abnormalities, abnormal immune and reproductive organs deformity. Select 180 healthy pregnant female who have the same reproductive health and age difference is less than 2 as the control group. Analyze the influence factors of threatened abortion by using t test and x2 test on the independent samples. At the same time use the binary regression analyze the influence of different life events and the pregnancy stress on threatened abortion and use multiple regression analyze the effects of abortion history, life events, and the pregnancy stress on threatened abortion.Results:1 Descriptive study shows that there are 180 threatened abortion patients out of the valid total 580 pregnant women. The incidence of threatened abortion is 31% which is a relatively high level. Related research has indicated that pregnant women for prenatal care knowledge awareness is 90%, but self-care of childbirth and the puerperium and newborn health knowledge is not ideal, awareness is only 50~70%.2 Case-control study shows that the cultural level of the pregnant women, abortion history, life events and psychological stress is associated with threatened abortion. Life events during pregnancy such as heavy work, quarrels for life trivial and anxiety about the gender of the child promote the risk of threatened abortion(OR:16.408、4.662、2.385、2.537). The pressures during pregnancy come from the anxiety about the unhealthy baby and whether other families can accept the new born.(OR:1.768、1.827)Artificial abortion and seeking treatment after a small amount of bleeding in a hurry are major risk factors which has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Threatened abortion is a common clinical reproductive health problems.
