| PurposeTo understand the factors of the level of ileostomy patients’ self-management efficacy and to explore the impact of the continuous care to the level of the ileostomy patients’ self-management efficacy, which can help us adjust our intervention programs to the patients timely and effectively. Reasonable continuous care and maximizing ileostomy patients’ self-management skills that can achieve the goals of the protection of Ileostomy patients’ health, reducing health care costs, and saving health resources. MethodThis study is Quasi-experimental study. We choose 60 patients who come to our hospital to do ileostomy surgery during the March 2014 to December 2014 as the research subjects. They will be divided into two groups randomly according to a random number table. One is observation group and the other is control group.Every group has 30 cases. The control group receives conventional treatment and hospital care. The observation group is not only receiving conventional treatment and hospital care, but accepting the continuous care, then we will evaluate the effects of the continuous care which has on the ileostomy stoma case and the level of self-efficacy management through the questionnaire of general information and colostomy patient self-management efficiency level and the statistics of iostomy and so on.All data will be analyzed through the spss18.0.The main statistical methods is including descriptive analysis, two-sample t-test, ANOVA, repeated measures analysis of variance design information. The result: 1. The baseline results show: the self-management efficacy average of the research subjects are 59.23±4.64 and it is in a low level.2. The results of ANOVA show: the self-management efficacy of the research subjects is related to education level, household income and medical expenses and other relevant sources. 3. The results of repeated measures analysis of variance design information show:There are statistically significant in the main effect of the intervention in the self-management efficacy patients(P<0.01).which means, the scores of the patients with the self-management efficacy are different from each other without considering the factor of time and the different intervention level. There are statistically significant in the main effect of the time in the self-management efficacy patients(P<0.05).That is to say,the scores of the patients with the self-management efficacy will change over time. There is interaction between the factor of time and the lever of intervention in the self-management efficacy patients(P<0.05). According to the interactive contour map,the self-management efficacy of patients in observation group get more rising than that in control group with the time changing. 4. The result of iostomy condition shows that : the cost of the observation group is more than that in control group, the level of the nursing ability is also higher and so on. Conclusion:(1)The level of self-management efficacy is very low for the ileostomy patients. And The level of self-management efficacy is related to patient’s age, and medical expenses and other relevant sources.(2)It can significantly increase the level of self-management efficacy in patients with ileostomy through the continuous care. The level of self-management efficacy in observation group is more higher than that in control group, and it has fewer complications stoma. The continuous care program of this study has received a good effect in the process of implementation of the clinical. |
