The Clinical Research Of Sequential Conservative Treatment Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Of Ovarian Corpus Luteum Rupture

ObjectiveOvarian corpus luteum rupture is a common gynecologic acute abdomen. By conservative treatment, the vast majority of patients with ovarian corpus luteum rupture can be cured, to avoid surgery of the economic aspect and the long-term effect of ovarian function. There is only a few traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ovarian corpus luteum rupture. How is the clinical curative effect of pure Chinese medicine conservative treatment? Is the effect of the application of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine the same as that the western medicine treatment? For a clearer understanding of the curative effect of conservative treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for ovarian corpus luteum rupture, on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, this study is based on the basic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and combining with clinical practice. Qi deficiency and blood stasis in patients with ovarian corpus luteum rupture were included in our study. To observe the clinical effects of sequential conservative treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, and provide clinical basis for sequential conservative treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of ovarian corpus luteum rupture.MethodsThis is a randomized controlled and prospective clinical trial.63 cases of ovarian corpus luteum rupture collected from February 2013 to February 2015 in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, fall off in 2 cases, include a total of 61 cases. Sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine group 20 cases, combining Chinese and western medicine treatment group 20 cases, traditional Chinese medicine group 21 cases. In giving vital sign monitoring, rehydration, anti-inflammatory and other foundation treatment at the same time, Sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine group were accepted the sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. In instability, there are mainly root-securing flood-stanching decoction and external application of Chinese herb package. In stability, there are mainly Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and external application of Chinese herb package. Chinese and western medicine combined with sequential treatment group, at the same time of foundation treatment, were accepted the sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and hemostatic drugs. Traditional Chinese medicine group were accepted the Yiqi Huayu Prescription and external application of Chinese herb package. Pelvic cavity accumulates fluid, pelvic mass and abdominal pain relief time were mainly evaluated.Results1. The comparison of two groups’baseline index before treatment in the Research have no statistically significance (P<0.05), it hints two groups have comparability.2. The comparison of pelvic mass absorption between the three groups. Sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine group has a total effective rate of 75%, and 2 cases are significant improved,13 cases are improve in effect, 5 cases have no effect. Combining Chinese and western medicine treatment group has a total effective rate of 60%, and 1 cases are significant improved,11 cases are improve in effect,8 cases have no effect. Traditional Chinese medicine group has a total effective rate of 26.31%, and 1 cases are significant improved,4 cases are improve in effect,14 cases have no effect. By statistical comparison between the three groups, sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on pelvic mass absorption effect is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine group (P<0.05). Sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment combined with sequential treatment group (P>0.05).3. After the treatment of 2 days, significant difference was found in the level of hematokrit between the Sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine group (34.89±5.13%) and Combining Chinese and western medicine treatment group 61.39±3.38%). NO significant was shown between the Sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine group (34.89±5.13%) and Traditional Chinese medicine group (33.59±3.11%).4. The surgical rate of traditional Chinese medicine group was 9.52%, and the other two groups have no transshipment surgery patients.5. Other clinical curative effects between three groups was not significant difference (P>0.05).ConclusionIn the treatment of ovarian corpus luteum rupture, the effect of sequential of traditional Chinese medicine conservative is better than traditional Chinese medicine group in improving the success rate of conservative treatment, absorbing the pelvic mass. The curative effect of sequential of traditional Chinese medicine treatment was as much as that of combining Chinese and western medicine, but the use of hemostatic tranexamic acid did not show remarkable curative effect.
