Objective:This study selected out four method of diagnostic information and objective diagnostic criteria after the ancient and modern literature search Phlegm turbidity coronary heart disease, and then use the Delphi method for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease of Phlegm turbidity syndrome indicators, evaluate the right of diagnostic indicators in each index. Finally, use clinical testing for diagnostic indicators by the Delphi method. It can provide a reference for the revision of the diagnostic criteria.Methods:1. Selected out four method of diagnostic information and objective diagnostic criteria after the ancient and modern literature search Phlegm turbidity coronary heart disease, and then use the Delphi method for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease of Phlegm turbidity syndrome indicators, evaluate the right of diagnostic indicators in each index and standard deviation and coefficient of variation2. Using clinical investigation to test the diagnostic indicators of expert advice obtained through the Delphi method. The results1. The investigation experts’positive coefficient is 100%, and authoritative coefficient is 0.88, weighted value of inquiry is the maximum 0.2775,0.2275 followed by inspection, and then palpation 0.1475,0.1050 is the last for risk factors. In conclusion, experts advices have a high consistency.2. Determine the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease of Phlegm turbidity syndrome, such as chest tightness or lead shoulder pain, chest abdominal fullness, greasy tongue, tongue slippery, slippery pulse, obesity: BMI≥25kg/m2, and fatty diet, which several indicators have high importance. What’s more, Kendall coefficient is 0.271, chi-square test is 749.079, P <0.001. LDL≥3.37mmol/L as well as coronary angiography or CTA suggesting that lesions stenosis≥75%, have greater coefficient of variation (coefficient of variation are 0.369), followed by total cholesterol≥ 5.18mmol/L (coefficient of variation 0.3365).3. Clinical investigations’frequency and sensitivity are greater than or equal to 70% of the indicators include:tongue tired, chest tightness, or lead shoulder pain, chest abdominal fullness, malaise, fatigue, slippery pulse.ConclusionThis study identifies diagnosis indicators of coronary of Phlegm turbidity syndrome which consistent with the results of clinical investigation. And from different aspects of symptoms, signs, modern imaging, physical and chemical indicators, risk factors, past medical history and family history, to provide reference information for clinical, basic research of further research coronary heart disease Phlegm turbidity.
