ObjectiveConducted by total knee arthroplasty Breviscapine therapeutic intervention (TKA) before observed Breviscapine on lower limb ischemia-reperfusion injury during creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and other cytokines and total knee arthroplasty coagulation, perioperative blood loss and postoperative inflammatory markers and other related effects, understand its clinical efficacy of postoperative pain and swelling.MethodsProactive research methods, selected 42 patients met the inclusion criteria, are the primary unilateral total knee replacement surgery patients, including two patients discontinued due to fall off halfway, finally included 40 patients, according to the order of admission of patients were divided into control (group A, n=20) and breviscapine experimental group (group B, n =20), two groups of patients to maintain conventional therapy after surgery, patients in the experimental group, one day before the surgery, postoperative day and 7 days of treatment using breviscapine, blank group without any blood circulation drugs, just to maintain the same amount of intravenous fluid balance, preoperative and postoperative patient 1h second one day measurement of creatine kinase, lactate dehydrogenase, superoxide dismutase, preoperative, 1,3,5,7 days after the determination of the patient leukocytes, hemoglobin, platelets and resting patients and activity pain scores, measured before and after surgery 1,3,7 days of C-reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, blood coagulation indicators (PT, APTT, FIB) and the patella, under 10cm swelling value, using statistical software to analyze the data between the two groups, understanding breviscapine intervention on the clinical efficacy of TKA after ischemia-reperfusion injury.Conclusion1. Two groups of patients in terms of gender, age, height, weight, BMI, length of stay, tourniquet time, the index measuring blood before surgery and preoperative visual pain scores were compared, no significant difference was no significant significance (P<0.05);2. Treated coagulation (PT, APTT, FIB) 1,3,7 postoperative day were compared with the control group, no significant difference in comparison (P> 0.05);after the operation, compare the two group with the C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate, the first and the third day were statistically insignificant (P> 0.05), the seventh day were statistically significant (P<0.05);3. Two groups of patients CK, LDH, SOD after the operation 1h and the first day were compared with the preoperative one There was a significant difference (P<0.05);1h after the surgery, LDH between the treatment and the control groups were no significant difference (P> 0.05);and one day after the surgery between them were statistically significant (P<0.05); 1h and one day after the surgery, CK、SOD in treatment group compare statistically meaningful comparison with the control group (P<0.05);4. white blood cells, hemoglobin, platelet 1,3,5,7 days after surgery in treated group were compared with the control group did not differ significantly (P<0.05);5.7 days after the first activity when visual pain scores showed no significant statistical significance (P> 0.05) when the two groups of patients after the first day of rest and activity and; after the first day of resting 3,5,7 and were significantly different (P activity during the first postoperative day 3,5 visual pain score<0.05); on the patella, the value of postoperative swelling under 10cm of the first day was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05),3 and 7 days after the first statistically meaningful comparison (P<0.05);...
