Background:Bronchiectasis in the world and in the past have a higher prevalence, second only to tuberculosis. Half a century, with early and effective use of antimicrobial drugs, health conditions improve and strengthen nutrition, childhood immunization against measles and whooping cough popularity bronchiectasis morbidity and mortality rate has decreased significantly improved prognosis. With the advent of an aging society, antibiotics, hormones abuse, organ transplants, AIDS and other immune deficiency diseases increased, there are still many patients with infection due to repeated hospitalizations aggravation. Objective:Summary of the non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis adult general, etiology, imaging, pulmonary function, clinical characteristics, sputum culture and sensitivity results, the difference between different types of bronchiectasis, to enhance understanding of bronchiectasis, its diagnosis prognosis and treatment provide a theoretical basis.Methods:Non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis patients from January 2013 to December 2014 the Second People’s Hospital of Fuyang City,214 cases of high-resolution CT diagnosed retrospective study, analyzing the patient’s age, sex, disease duration, disease. Because, past history, education level, occupation, smoking history, clinical symptoms and signs, imaging data, pulmonary function, laboratory tests, sputum and other clinical data. Results:U 214 cases of bronchiectasis patients, more women than men, male to female ratio of about 0.51:1, the youngest 22 years old and the oldest 89 years old, with an average age of 67.91 ± 14.25 years, mean duration of 20.83 ± 10.82 years.2、Common in patients with lower education level, high school or less for 203 cases, accounting for 94.86%, and more engaged in manual work, even part of the loss of labor.3、In this study, the most common idiopathic bronchiectasis, accounted for 59.3%, there is a clear cause patients, past infection is the main cause of 68 cases (31.8%), including tuberculosis factor in the first row.4、The main clinical manifestations in patients with bronchiectasis cough, sputum, hemoptysis, most large number of yellow purulent cough, and complicated by other complications.5、High-resolution CT shows pathological type of bronchiectasis Bronchiectasis mixed mainly with 121 cases, accounting for 56.6%, involving both lobes of the 161 patients (75.2%), involving two or more lobes 156 patients (72.9%), each lobe of the left lung lower lobe involvement to a maximum 65.4%, followed by the right lower lobe, accounting for 55.6%.6、Average value of 59 cases of pulmonary function tests FEV1 63.26%+24.53%, FVC 74.65% ± 21.74%, FEV1/FVC 74.47% ± 19.42%.7、 118 cases sputum culture positive pathogen detection 68 cases, the positive rate was 57.63%, of which 66 Gram-negative bacteria, accounting for 97.0%, the most common bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa.8、2These results suggest that susceptibility of Gram-negative bacteria, especially Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria, for the third and fourth generation cephalosporins, fluoroquinolones, aminoglycosides, carbapenems and effective.Conclusion:1、Bronchiectasis patients in our hospital are mostly middle-aged women, low education level, and more engaged in physical labor, longer course.2、Many patients the cause is not clear, the most common idiopathic bronchiectasis, a clear cause of past infection in patients, especially tuberculosis infection was the primary cause.3、Most of the patients hospitalized for acute exacerbation, the main clinical manifestations of cough, sputum, hemoptysis.4、Imaging and more diffuse distribution, for a double lung, particularly the most left lung involvement.5、Underwent pulmonary function tests, FEV1 will gradually decline, some patients have airway hyperresponsiveness.6、Sputum culture is the most common pathogen Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria, for the third and fourth generation cephalosporins, fluoroquinolones, aminoglycosides, carbapenems and effective.
