Background:To investigate the correlation between the expression of CD10, Bcl-6, VEGF with the clinical characteristics and the prognosis in the primary gastrointestinal diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Methods: Collect the clinical characteristics data and the expression of CD10, Bcl-6 of 67 patients with PGI-DLBCL who were treated in the first affiliated hospital, Anhui medical university and determine the levels of VEGF by immunohisto-chemical staining. Analyze their correlation via Kaplan-Meier method and Log-rand test. Result: Among those 66 patients, the male-female ratio was 1.75:1, with 42 males and 24 females. The age of patients ranged from 14 to 80 years(mean=57).In disease distribution, the stomach PGI-DLBCL accounted for 53.7%,intestine PGI-DLBCL accounted for46.3%.The positive expression rate of Bcl-6 was 43.9%(29/66) while CD10 was 34.8%(23/66) and there was 29 case with positive expression VEGF.The factors affected the pfs of patients included clinical stage, ipi, treatment effect in the short term and the expression of CD10,bcl-6 and VEGF. Conclusions: PGI-DLBCL was a highly invasive and heterogeneous malignancy. The stage of disease, the effect of treatment, the level of ipi, theexpression of CD10, Bcl-6 and VEGF may play important roles in predicting the curative effect and the prognosis of the disease.
