(5) simple in lung cancer group, compared with non-small cell carcinoma, small cell carcinoma was statistically significant difference (P< 0.05). (6) simple adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinomas in lung cancer group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). (7) pure in lung cancer group, has a history of smoking compared with no smoking history, there was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:1. The tissue factor expression in malignant tumor merger PTE is higher than pure lung cancer group, the pure DVT, pure PTE group.2. Tissue factor expression in malignant tumor merger PTE different stratification, high-risk group is higher than the low risk group; With lymph node metastasis than without lymph node metastasis group; Express no difference in gender.3. The tissue factor in pure expression in lung cancer group, small cell carcinoma was higher than non-small cell carcinoma, and in non-small cell carcinoma, its expression in adenocarcinoma than squamous carcinoma.
